5 /5 DVannette Mahoney: Jewelry counter personnel (College Station,TX) were very helpful with the gift I purchased via online for curbside pick up. I spoke with Jena over the phone to make her aware that I was in Atlanta, GA and not be able to pickup the order in College Station, Tx until Wed (Christmas Eve). She said that I would be able to pick it up at the jewelry counter when I arrived on Wed. Her courteous and professional customer service were stellar on the phone, as well as in the store. No AI/robot interaction other than initial phone call from Atlanta to be routed and discuss my order concern.

4 /5 HTL: Lots of clearance items. Store never too busy. Clothing racks a bit over stuffed with items guess that can b a good thing! Just makes it a bit difficult to fully inspect selected items to purchase!

1 /5 Stryker Oilfield: You have cashiers push customers away from cashier to cashier instead of checking a customer out at the jewelry department sending them to a long line! That’s bad service!

5 /5 Eric: I have yet come to this place and not find anything out of stock, especially, in the big and tall section. The quality of the clothes and jewelry never disappoints!
