4 /5 Cassandra Phillips, REALTOR: I’m giving the JC Penney Portrait Center 4-stars because, while the customer service was truly outstanding, the waiting area was clean, the photo selection process was tough due to the outdated equipment. It made choosing our final images more challenging than it needed to be and we definitely could have skipped the upsell portion of the process. The overbooking of appointments was time consuming and disappointing.
However, the manager, Johnathan went above and beyond for every customer waiting. His professionalism, understanding and exceptional service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. With updated technology and additional staff, this portrait studio would easily be a 5-star experience.
