Mary Guajardo Mendez Brow Hype is so welcoming and professional plus the salon is so clean and adorable. I went for a brow wax and cleanup with Anna Alvarez, she did an amazing job and made me feel very comfortable! Definitely a place I 100% recommend. Thank You Anna for your great service.

Elia G I do NOT recommend this salon. I was told to go at a certain time (first and last time I go to this place) and was made to wait over TWO hours. My overall experience was HORRIBLE. He charged me over $100 for washing and cutting off some inches. I know for a fact he isn’t fair with his prices because others I’ve spoken to got the exact thing done for a lot less money. In my opinion the hair guy there just profiles you and charges you accordingly. He’s also very unprofessional and rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON. - what you replied is a lie. You knew I was referred to you by someone and you took advantage of it. I forgot to mention your unsolicited comments about my appearance were extremely unprofessional. I’ve never been treated like that at any other salon. So I’ll leave it at that. I’m not wasting any more of my time with you. I just wanted to warn people and hopefully you treat everyone with respect and fairness from now on.

Erica Guerrero What a beautiful new addition to Downtown Odessa! The spa is huge with great self care and gift items in the front. They have a quiet room with complimentary snacks and drinks to prepare for your service as well as lockers, showers, and changing rooms. I saw a sauna. They offer massages, facials, and other body treatments. They also sell gift certificates which are great to get for family, friends or yourself for a future self-care day. While there I enjoyed a Body Balance massage with Bertha who was so friendly and attentive to the areas I needed most massaged. I could tell she was experienced and that she made sure I was comfortable at all times. I’m looking forward to coming again.

Then there was the ladies locker room WOW!…every bit as nice or better than any las Vegas spa I have been to . They definitely did each and every thing in this Woodhouse spa TOP NOTCH! I received a deep Tissue Massage with Selena - she was very knowledgeable and very professional! I asked lots of questions and SHE was amazing and Loves her job, and it shows! I will honestly have to say THE BEST massage I have ever had ! I will definitely use her again -but I bet you can’t go wrong with anyone that is employed there. I encourage everyone to enjoy this beautiful, classy, professional, amazing Spa that our town is so blessed to have!! You have to see it and EXPERIENCE it to BELIEVE it ! *And online booking is SO easy and convenient!! *

Destini My daughter and I saw Londyn yesterday. Talk about being pampered!! Loved every minute! My hair looks amazing. She spent time with every detail. Highly recommend….and the hair steam treatment was awesome!

Laura Marts Londyn was wonderful! She was so kind and very skilled. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut. The Thairapy Studio is lovely and the hair wash bowl is the most comfortable bowl I have ever had my hair washed in! 10/10 recommend them!

Dustee Craven Karen took care of my haircut and style, she listened to what I had in mind, assessed my hair, and gave me the best of the best, even offering me to come back if I decided I wanted more cut or a change up which Ive never had a stylist offer. Loved the laid back atmosphere, and it is so cute inside. I was able to bring my baby in his stroller to hang while I got my hair done. Some stylists have their own private rooms (like Karen). 10/10 recommend and will return. Thank you ladies!

Noelle Deyne I just had the absolute best time at my appointment with Jacky!!!! She is so sweet and made sure I was happy with every single thing before doing my eyebrows! She goes above and beyond for you. I went with my eyebrows drawn in the way I like them to look and she took pictures and then mapped them out herself which were bomb (better than mine lol!). Then she told me exactly how the process was going to go and got to it! You will not be disappointed!!! She is the BEST!!
