1 /5 Garrett B.: I considered leaving this review yesterday out of anger, but after calming down, I decided to share my honest opinion. Please save your money and look for other options to shop. This store seems unethical, purchasing items and marking them up well beyond a fair price. As you browse, you’ll notice the prices are comparable to places like Marshalls, which typically sell new items, unlike this store, which sells collected unwanted items. I was told to wait 20-30 minutes while they reviewed the items I wanted to sell. After that, I was informed it would take 1-2 hours, and that I could leave, but any items bought would be non-negotiable and I would not get them back. This felt shady because I waited patiently, yet I was lowballed, with an offer dropping from $42 to $26 in person. I didn’t care about the money, but this locations business ethics and tactics seemed shady. I get it, its business, but the customer service is nonexistent.
Also, I wouldnt trust any business with this many five-star reviews. Always review the most recent, as those usually provide a glimpse of the truth.
