1 /5 Brittney Weber: I was really disappointed with my experience at the Francesca’s at Watters Creek in Allen today. My friend picked out a pair of teddy bear slippers for my daughter from a clearance bin clearly marked $10 and the slippers themselves also had a red line through the original price, indicating they were on clearance. We didn’t realize until we were walking out that they had rung up at full price. When we went back inside, the associate told us she couldn’t adjust the price and said another employee must have forgotten to pull the sale item. I explained that the slippers were clearly marked as clearance, but she still refused to honor the displayed price or offer any solution. At that point, I encouraged my friend to return them because it’s not okay for retailers to mis-mark items and then not honor the price shown to customers. She returned them, and we left frustrated. To make matters worse, I later saw the exact slippers listed online for $10, confirming that the clearance price was accurate. I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Francesca’s, but this experience left a bad taste. I hope management addresses pricing accuracy and empowers associates to resolve situations like this more appropriately in the future.

1 /5 nikitha mn: My friend and I had one of the worst in-store experiences yesterday. The store associate was very rude to us, and the entire experience was extremely unpleasant. Despite her giving us rude looks, we even folded the dresses we tried on as a courtesy. However, the employee was so unprofessional that she even asked my friend to return a hanger while we were leaving the store. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable.I hope none of the other customers should face this.

1 /5 Joseph Dogen: The woman at the cash register asked for my phone number for discounts and store information. I did not give my number and was treated very rudely in front of my children. The person selling souvenirs cannot be this rude. The cashier is very, very rude. Disgrace

4 /5 Elizabeth Rock: Love their sales more than anything! They always have super cute stuff for a VERY affordable price. The sales people are always so nice and helpful. My only downside is the wash and wear. The clothes are cute but don’t see to hold up as well as I would like or as some of my other clothes in the wash. I picked up this outfit there and I’m in love with it. It’s cute, can be worn as a dress up or dress down outing and super comfy.
