Dillards - Corpus Christi (TX)

5 /5 CAM: I have to say that the senior staff is very knowledgeable w/the product and service. They are the heart of Dillards. My only complaint would be w/an older lady who had an issue w/the gift wrapping.

2 /5 johanna vasadi: They had some really cute clothes and I even bought a shirt but the dressing room I went in to had a bunch of hangers in the floor and chair. The lady I heard next to me had a bunch of clothes in their dressing room and she couldn’t use it.

2 /5 Bonnie Carrell: Good luck finding an employee to check you out, if you find something you want to purchase. Even calling customer service did no good. They were extremely unhelpful. Told me to walk around until I found someone. I worked for Dillard’s many years ago and this is not the kind of customer service they expected, and every department had to have someone in it to assist customers. I refuse to walk through the entire store trying to find someone to check me out.

3 /5 Franchesca Reveco: Every time I go it is for something specific, today I spent a good amount of money buying some gifts in Ralph Lauren and they didn’t even offer you a proper bag or a gift bag, this store should do better since I spent hundreds just in 2 things .
