5 /5 Lupita Villegas: Outstanding Customer Service Experience I had an exceptional experience at the Dillard’s store, thanks to Levita’s outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to show me where the petite sizes were located. Levita also assisted me in finding the correct size, making the shopping experience both efficient and enjoyable. Although I initially planned to browse, her excellent service led me to purchase several items totaling nearly $600, which I was more than satisfied with. This level of professionalism and care truly reflects the high standards of Dillard’s.

5 /5 Dan S: A great store to browse for higher end clothing, perfumes, accessories, and housewares. I particularly enjoyed the Golden Tee arcade console this past visit. What a hoot! Sorry I said the F-word, though. When I was 4, this location had toys. My brother enlisted me to go after a toy residing on a high shelf; however, as I tried to climb the shelf to get the toy, the shelf collapsed. The noise was intense, and toys were strewn about everywhere. My dad whisked us away to the family vehicle in utter embarrassment. Its been 35 years, but I wanted to let Dillards know that Im sorry about that.

1 /5 Val W: Dillards apparently allows men were in the ladies changing rooms. (While my daughter was changing) Did try to contact the manager to see what their policy was - but never heard from back from anyone. Dont want to shop anywhere this is ok.
