5 /5 Keri Black: Went in to finish my teenagers school shopping today at the BUCKLE in Stephenville and was immediately greeted at the door and helped by Colby! He was extremely helpful! He carried the clothes around the store for me while I shopped and even pulled the clothes from the shelves for me to look at (I don’t think I had to lift a finger or even bend down the whole time I was there). He was also very knowledgeable about sizing and brands and was able to find EXACTLY what I was looking for. 5⭐️s. That was my first time in the store and I will definitely be a returning customer.

5 /5 Marla Anderson: I was very pleased with my shopping experiences. Friendly staff. Late that night I took out my purchase to find the security tag was still on. I was visiting town and in a time crunch. No one answers the number for a message. Internet says 11 is opening time really?????. I cannot wait I have to make a funeral by 12. I go by the store in hopes of finding an after hours number to call. No hours or number posted. How do I remove the tag? Frustrated person who lives 5 hours away.

5 /5 BILLIEJEAN JONES: The riding jeans that I was looking for and the sizes I got were perfect and the 3 sales people that were in there the day I bought the jeans were an awesome group of people they made me feel like a Princess. They were all very friendly and I enjoyed them all very much the Young Gentleman that was in that day looked for the jeans I wanted just like the Young Women that were there that day. 1 /5 Ashlyn Tomlin: I would put 0 stars if I could!! I went in yesterday to get some new boots and was not at all impressed with the so-called "manager" on duty. She not only extremely unhelpful but also really nasty to her employees! I heard on more than one occasion of her talking down to the other employees and being a bully. Soo unprofessional! After not getting any help with my purchase and seeing how she treated her staff I left without buying anything and WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!
