Factory Connection - Stephenville (TX)

5 /5 Desiree Williams: This is another amazing clothing store!!! Definitely check this place out if you want decent prices and a way better selection of clothing than what Walmart offers. I love a lot of Walmarts clothes but they just dont always have mix and match options.

1 /5 Becky Oleary: I had a very disturbing time at factory connection. We had to wait 3 hours and I was about to call the cops as I paid for merchandise that I had proof it came out of my bank but because they didn’t get a receipt printed on their end they were trying to keep the clothes I bought and paid for. I live an hour away with it being a weekend didn’t help that both the managers were unavailable. I do want to thank the key carrier who came in and left her over job early to come call the district manager who then trusted me as valued customer because key carrier saw it had come out of my bank. But the employee whose name begins with a J and is three letters treated me horribly and my husband heard everything over the phone.
