5 /5 Sam & Shan: Honestly visiting this store has become my favorite part of the “errands day” of my month. I’ll drive out of my way just to be in the neighborhood! Whenever London is there, I know I’ll be taken care of. Amazing service, gorgeous store, diverse options to shop from, and just an overall great experience every time

1 /5 Rachelle Schumacher: We shopped there today and bought my teenage daughter a dress but the service was terrible! Whoever the older blonde employee that worked there was so rude and kept putting clothes for someone else in our dressing room. When my daughter asked which dressing room to go in, she said any of them. While she was changing and I was in there she kept hanging clothes on top of the bar outside the dressing room and said very rudely that’s for someone else but we had no idea since the dressing room wasn’t marked off. When my daughter was putting her clothes back on she actually STUCK HER HAND in there to grab other clothes! My daughter asked her could she please wait until she’s finished. Absurd to treat a 15 yr old or any customer that way! We should’ve walked out and not bought anything but my daughter loved the dress so much. This boutique needs to work on customer service!

1 /5 ijanae lowe: I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with the owner of this boutique. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with an attitude that was dismissive and condescending. I had questions about some of the items, and instead of getting helpful or polite answers, I was met with eye rolls and short, passive-aggressive responses. Not to mention she literally yells at her employees in front of customers how disgusting is that. The owner made me feel like I was a bother rather than a customer. At one point, I overheard her making rude remarks to another staff member while glancing at me completely unprofessional. Shopping should be a welcoming and respectful experience, especially at a small, local business. Unfortunately, the owner’s behavior ruined any desire I had to support this boutique. I won’t be returning, and I would caution others to think twice before shopping here if you value respectful customer service.

5 /5 Ruthie Cole: I shopped here during the very fun wine and cheese walk, and found a couple of shirts I loved. Two sales associates helped me make sure the shirts fit and choose the right color since I was indecisive. The service was so good even being in the midst of the busy downtown event. And I love the shirt they helped me choose. It is so comfortable. I will be back!!
