5 /5 Matha Goram: Clean, tidy and fully stocked with sufficient staff dispersed throughout to answer specific questions. Not a regular here but appreciate the work performed by the staff to make a visual impact on first time shoppers.

1 /5 Joshua Roscoe: This is my second time in this store as I dont live close to McKinney. Both times the entrance inside this store was dirty and littered with trash and debris. The carts are all dirty and dont roll straight or easily. The aisles are dirty and the shelves are disheveled. Whoever is running this store doesnt appear to care about upholding the Target image as this looks closer to a K-mart store thats scheduled for shut down. I have worked for Target and have been in at least 50 different Target stores around the country and this one is definitely in my bottom 5.

3 /5 Jason: Open til 12 before Christmas but closes at 10 pm a few days after on Sunday, even though the holidays last til January 1st. They need to be open to 11 pm every night to give us night owls a chance to shop after doing our grocery deliveries. Sunday should be no exception. Also, this store doesnt change its price tags very often, so the prices are often wrong at the registers. The store doesnt consistently keep pizzas on the rack after noon. Those of us looking for something to eat before starting our gig shopping at 5pm have nothing to eat. Customers constantly throw toilet paper on the floor or miss the trash can and are too dumb to pick it up. Unfortunately, they dont have a designated maintenance employee to clean up the mess, so Im constantly stepping on toilet paper. Also, they have no common sense and leave their carts in front of the benches while catching an Uber instead of returning them to the lobby. I enjoy my meal on the bench, watching the carts get blown by the wind into oncoming traffic and parked cars. The good thing about this store are the helpful and friendly employees. Jaime and Jasmine are polite and fast at helping us get our orders out the door.

1 /5 Yun Miao: had the worst experience ever at the Drive up at this location, checked in and waited at the parking spot for over half hour and receive no any update, the app doesnt tell you if theyre working on your order or how many people are in front of you, wes hesitated about switching to in store pick up since the order might already be on the way, asked two store members at the drive up see if they already have my order, theyre not friendly, not helpful, and both giving that “dont bother me” look, so i end up switching to pick up in store and got my order in less than 5 mins. if drive up can’t save your time, than whats the point of this service? had been enjoying shopping at Target but today i just feel so frustrated.
