She is very knowledgeable l, friendly, and helpful. Shopping is not always a pleasant experience when you have physical disabilities but she made it most definitely a pleasant experience. 5 /5 Jamie Cline: After finding out last-minute that I was attending a wedding next weekend, I needed to purchase a new bra. I looked at their website and saw that the $29.95 bra sale ended TODAY, but I needed to be sized properly in-storeinstead of purchasing on the website. With literally 5 minutes till close, I rushed in the door to the McKinney location, and was warmly greeted by Maddie and Pamela. They did not hesitate to jump right in and help my frantic self! I got the right measurements, got 2 perfect bras, and they got a customer for life. Ladies, THANK YOU for being so gracious and helpful!!!

5 /5 Ashlee Stepnik: I have almost exclusively shopped with Lane Bryant stores for many years to my body being a plus size. Lane Bryant stores are a wonderful option for larger women with or without large bust sizes. I have found at nearly every store to be greeting warmly and with helpful and knowledgeable staff. This particular location -in McKinney, Texas- has by far the best customer service I have yet to experience. I understand that Lane Bryant offers assistance with helping you find your correct bust size, but associate Julianna went above and beyond with helping me feel comfortable and confident in a lingerie top. Assisting with buttoning and giving me positive reinforcement on my body. As I continued to peruse the store I found some incredible clearance options. One of which prompted this same employee to mention they also carried a clearance bra to match. She went and found it and remembered my size from earlier and encouraged me to try it on. It did not fit right and when I thought I would not be purchasing it, another helpful associate Meilee -whom we had been enthusiastically discussing flattering plus size underwear cuts and outfits casually throughout my visit- came to me and said to not be discouraged and to try an extender. I had never used one before. She showed me the item and even attached it to the garment and encouraged me to try it on again. It fit! And I was able to purchase this item as well. She also checked out my purchase and we continued a lovely conversation as if we were old friends catching up. To summarize, this store has amazing staff and I can honestly say I cannot wait to return to feel just as comfortable, beautiful, and like I am valued as a customer.
