4 /5 Kristin Tompkins: My teen daughter and I love this store so much. She likes most of the style of clothing they carry but either we tend to go in the wrong days when all her size is sold out or they don’t carry XS and 000. While I won’t fully give it 5 stars just because we never have bought anything, I still rate it high because the customer service goes above and beyond every time we go in there and I know in maybe another year when my daughter can wear the sizes they carry then we will be here even more.

5 /5 Stephanie Kae Smith: My edit friend got a beautiful dress for her engagement photos. Lotssss of pretty clothes. For the quality, the prices were not insane. $80 for our favorite of all the dress options we tried. Dillard’s had way less of what we were looking for but for 2-3x prices. Loralee was easily the BEST example of a great representation of what a business floor needs to connect with customers and help them. She made us feel so welcome and even paired some nice earrings with some dress options that were all waiting in the dressing room presented nicely when we got back there. We are usually those people that try to avoid retail workers when browsing, but she was exactly what we needed, welcoming, genuine, and above and beyond.

4 /5 Sherri Attaway: Love love love this store! I love looking around and can spend an hour in here easily. They have home decor closing gifts and items for your pets as well. Everything is done so Tastefully and made high-quality. The environment and the store makes it fun to shop and it is not unusual to find people coming along to the music that is being played in the background. They are a little pricey and more than I would usually pay for some of the items, but when you consider that they are unique pieces that you will not find in chain stores or most department stores, then it seems worth it. Cant wait to go back!

2 /5 jennifer stacey: I do like the clothes, however on a busy Saturday at Broadway Square Mall, I’m questioning why several employees are greeting customers, several straightening, but only one checking out with a huge line! When I finally got to the counter, what I thought was two tops for “buy one get one half off” turned out to be one top and one sweater. Be sure to clarify, the young girl did not mention that I had one top and a second would be half off which would have clued me in that I had a sweater instead. When I went back to the store to exchange the sweater for a top it was done incorrectly and had to be fixed a third time. I felt like the whole store was out of touch. It was a busy afternoon at the mall with tax free, but this store by far had the longest line for checkout!
