1 /5 Janiecia Keenerr: A special thank you to the girl who closed down the store early tonight @ 7:15 when online it says 8. proceeded to then stare at me until I went away. Sent me to caller busy when I called. All I wanted was to confirm what the hours were, since google says another thing. It honestly says so much about their lovely customer service I hear so much about.

1 /5 April Hall: I’ve been sitting outside of rainbows since 10. The website stated that’s the time of opening. It is now 10:40 and still no on has open this location.

5 /5 Maria Flores: Im glad I went back to this store. The atmosphere was so much better and the customer service was at its best like it used to be. Brandi was so nice and very helpful she took time help me find what I was looking for without hesitation. That kind of service is what keeps people coming back.

1 /5 Michael Ibarra: This location wont give you refunds with unworn, tags still on, receipt in hand within the return time frame. I stopped by on Friday 02/10/2023 and their system was down, okay not a problem. I came back on 02/12/2023 and was given a refund amount of $47 for a $81 purchase. Granted my gf kept two items. One was $7.99 the other $12.99, but things just didnt add up. The exceedingly rude/belligerent assistant manager would not do any math whatsoever. She would not give me prices for each item and just kept saying they "Could have" dropped in price. I was let behind the computer to check them for myself and all prices matched up with the receipt. Unfortunately, there was also charges for items and I could even see her ringing up items LITERALLY RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE. I WATCHED THE TOTAL RETURN PRICE GO DOWN and she still insisted that thats the way they do things. Long story short Ive spent over an hour in store waiting for a return, not shopping just trying to get money back. Assistant manager was rude and continued to yell behind my back as I was leaving the store.
