5 /5 Drake Vermillion: Doctor Haug has treated me for 4 years now. Since the first visit she showed me true concern for my health, and general well being. Ive had many questions and she has never been short on answers. She is well knowledgeable in her field yet, is not hesitant to reach out to specialists when the symptoms require. She has a wonderful bedside manner, giving the patient confidence to talk about anything needing attention, and listens with intent, giving sound advice and sound medical treatment. Her staff is always pleasant and incredibly efficient with appointment timing. I cant remember waiting more than 15 minutes, but usually within 5-10 minutes. Dont expect big city here, shes down to earth and makes me feel like a friend and a patient. If you need a great primary physician you have certainly found one here. Oh, I almost forgot to mention her nurse or herself has always answered my voicemails within a reasonable time frame. Its appreciated to be able to quickly get someone on the phone when necessary and she achieves this well. 5+ stars from me.
