Monica Miller: I scheduled an appointment to have my permanent retainer rebonded as the wire had come off. Dr. Coker and his staff knew what I was needing done and upon arriving at the appointment I was soon told that Dr. Coker wants me to go to an orthodontist to have it rebonded because he hasnt done it in ten years. His staff is very nice and even answered the office phone when they were out of the office last week but I should have been told over the phone prior to me taking off work to attend the appointment that he wanted me to go to someone that does this procedure daily with them knowing exactly what I was needing done when I called.

When it comes to caring for our children, they are low invasive, great at educating on mouth care and are very encouraging which helps our children want to take better care of their teeth! We love that they are proactive in gently correcting orthodontia needs at an early age while their bones are still growing, reducing the extent of invasive orthodontic care as they get older.
