He and his dental assistant Julie are Awesome. I plan to continue to be a client.

Armando Comando Ive been here twice, and the times Ive arrived was with no discomfort or pain the past 2 times I was seen by Dr.Tutt I walked out feeling all of the above. The years I have received a filling never have I ever not been able to chew after a filling. When drilling my tooth, the vibration was so intense I felt like my brain was dancing inside. Never have I ever felt that in the years of my going to the dentist. I will take my business elsewhere.

Ryan C Been with them for two years. Lately Rose dental is going downhill. My wife tried to schedule an appointment with them. They failed her twice. Appointments were scheduled. When she showed up, they say they don’t have her appointment in the system. Horrible/no communication between the scheduling department and the dental office. I had teeth cleaning with them last year. The dentist/hygienist left me on the dental treatment chair for 45 mins. I was just there for basic teeth cleaning. Later, They submitted the claim with the incorrect insurance info. Therefore rose dental cannot get paid by the insurance due to their own mistake. They sent me the bill. I contacted my insurance and figured everything out and called them back later last year and demand rose dental to change the insurance info they sent to the insurance company. Rose dental agreed to do it. After three months, I received the bill from the rose dental again. This is frustrating and waste of time. I gave them two stars just because they were doing really well back then. Idk what has changed there.

Paula Sovia Dr. Cooley (CCFD) has been such a wonderful find for all of my dental needs! The prices are more than fair, and his bedside manner, care, attentiveness, and fast response time are all very impressive. Without insurance, cleanings are less than $100, and all staff are very kind and caring. If there are special financial needs, they will work with you, and my new filling is absolutely perfect! He is thorough with xrays and exams, and Ive been there 4 times so far with less than a 30-minute wait. If you are looking for a great dentist at a reasonable price, look no further!

Kathleen the manager has been extremely rude every time I have been here and they have a new dentist every time I go in but she is still there the staff is friendly but management is disgraceful and they do not stand behind the warranty they offer the craftsmanship and quality is poor my dentures broke after only few months they did not fit right and after spending 21k they patched them up and of course they broke again they said I would have to pay another 2500$ to fix I also paid to have cleaning and orings for 5 yrs in advance they did not honor this either DONT GO HERE!!!!! They will seem ok until you have an issue then it’s your fault and they let you know

Kayla Hennesey Absolutely worst place ever. I went and got an estimate on how much it would cost to get my tooth pulled but they said I would need to take antibiotics but they could take it out that day. I couldn’t have ford it that day so I scheduled for a day I would have the money for it. Which was 2 weeks out. I finished taking the antibiotics and wow looks there tomorrow is my appointment to get my tooth that has been giving me pain and breaking for the past 3 years taken out and here they are calling me to tell me they are canceling my appointment because the ONLY DR IS BECOMING PRIVATE PRACTICE! I guess since they weren’t able to encourage me to pay them day the of the first appointment they just decide not to do the appointment that is actually going to help me. Terrible people. Tried to get in before this one as well and they made weird excuses. Never going here again. It’s not a coincidence that this happen.

Destiny Arey Lisa is such a wonderful hygienist! Not just for me, but for my young children as well. We always have such a pleasant experience and we have been coming to Platinum Dental since 2014. Lisa always answers any questions I have and educates in such a compassionate and caring way. She even lets my three year old watch me have my teeth cleaned and answers all of her 500 questions too, haha! I feel like we not only leave with super clean teeth, but we also leave with new knowledge that has helped us improve our oral health. I will always recommend Lisa at Platinum Dental!!

Trevor Mcnellis Dr. Williams and his staff are awesome! I drive almost two hours to see him as my dentist. Yes he is that good. I have had root canals and crowns done by him. Exceptional work at an affordable price! He takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done. His staff is also amazing. Always pleasant and helpful when it comes to the insurance. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

fayona brun This is the worst dentist office ever . I scheduled my appointment few weeks ahead and I cancelled my work to be there . According to them , they called to request my insurance card a day before which I missed their call. The lady at the desk took my insurance card and was able to verify my insurance . She had me waiting for about 20 mins as my hygienist was with another client .According to her " She is finishing up and will take you in" Then 5 mins later the lady at the desk came out and told me that I have to reschedule my appointment. No question asked whether or not I would be able to do that .. no accommodation blaming it on they did not have my insurance card ahead of time . I do believe that she was caught with another client and could not take me . What about asking me if I will be willing to pay out of pocket and take me in while they sort insurance issue . They wasted my time and and money since I have given up my day to be at the office .. I would not recommend this office - very rude staff

The dental hygienist was very comforting and thoughtful while she did the cleaning and explained everything! Lastly, the dentist was very welcoming as well and enthusiastic, all of which made the visit enjoyable!

Crystal Brunett I have never had such a bad experience at a dentistry. My first appointment i called ahead to verify my insurance and everything seemed ok. I get there fill out all the paperwork just for them to tell me the doctor on staff doesnt take my insurance... so why schedule me for that day? So i come back a week later to an on staff dentist that takes my insurance. My appointment was at 9 it is now 10:58 and they are still on the phone verifying my insurance. It does not take 2 hours to verify insurance that i had previously given out. It should have been verified 2 weeks ago when it was given in the first place. They seem to just enjoy wasting your time. Im walking out and never coming back to such an incompetent company.

First nobody was there I was in the waiting room for 20 mins and then The lady Tammy is rude didn’t even make my 10 year old comfortable knowing he was nervous because he had a bad experience with another dentist location as I told her when I first had gotten there… so he had to get two teeth pulled out and he started to freak out and Tammy was like are you sure you want him to go thru this because I don’t wanna get out the stuff and he can’t handle it (basically don’t waste her time) I said well yes my son is in pain so these teeth need to go so she got the stuff out okay … so they did his shots in his mouth he raise his hand and she said to watch out be careful ? Like what do you mean he’s not trying to hit her trying let her know he’s in pain … any way so after they got done doing the shots comes back in the room and ask my son why is he still crying (not in a caring voice) I’m like what do you mean he’s scared and nervous yall just gave him shots to get his teeth pulled he’s new to this so of course he’s going to still be crying ma’am (well I told you the hard part is over with) I’m I didn’t say anything sooo when it was time to leave at 5pm I’m like can I get a note for school tomorrow she’s like why I don’t feel like he needs to miss school tomorrow? I’m like my son got two teeth pulled out and has to eat soft food he’s gonna be in pain so no I don’t wanna send him off to school she’s like well I can’t give you a note for tomorrow everyone is gone and I can’t do it …. I told her I’ll never will come back yall are rude and unfriendly made my son hate the dentist even more… so if you have kids I wouldn’t even recommend it no pain meds for my child nothing !! Nobody was welcoming nothing not even hey my name is so and so what’s going on today nothing … so we dealing with tooth pain im Like yes just dry no friendliness I wished I just left but I knew my son was in pain and I wanted his teeth out never again

O D Texas Went to get a deep cleaning yesterday and it was the best experience Ive had. My hygienist answered all my questions and made sure I felt no pain. Then the dentist made suggestions and explained it all so that I understood everything. Everyone there is so nice and friendly.

The equipment they use is state-of-the-art...provided very clear digital images of my teeth and the roots. Sharon Lubcker I have been a patient of Dr Stansbury since at least 2018, he’s such a sweet, gentle dentist. Well, yesterday I had an emergency: a crown had cracked and was crumbling out of my mouth! I called and was able to get in the very next morning without disturbing any other patients that had appointments! This time I saw Dr Heaton and he was wonderful. He explained everything he wanted to do, showed me my X-ray and gave me options. How refreshing! I’ve always been treated warmly by the office and staff, and now having seen both doctors, I will be a forever patient! I HIGHLY recommend this office if you need a compassionate, caring and professional dentist to take great care of you!

During my pre-op appointment, again, I felt like everyone in the building had my best interests in mind. Dr. Kendall is extremely kind and pleasant and truly cares for his patients. You’re not just another number when it comes to this office. Actually looking forward to going to the dentist and seeing them more for the first time in my life.

Although I can’t remember the young lady that discussed every aspect of your process however did a great job, however as a senior I am not able to pay that kind of money. Ron Duncan Folks its real simple, if you try to get "affordable dentures" to save on money, your either gonna be miserable with shitty teeth or your going to have teeth you cant use. We went the "affordable route," lost our money, and left with unusable teeth and some of the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. Our next stop was Texas Sedation Dental. Dr. Kendall and his staff are the best. They took perfect care of my wife and they provided her with a perfect set of teeth. My wife was treated like Dr. Kendalls family. If you have to spend the money on implants do yourself a favor, start here.

My daughter is 3 now and she is very comfortable and does so good! The Dr. is by far one of the best in business. She is attentive and makes sure to answer all questions and give any resources available. All of the dental hygienist are friendly, attentive and they are extremely good at what they do. Our hygienist this morning was hands down the best-he saw my daughter and she was so excited to leave with clean teeth, stickers and a goody bag! They are so good, that my two big boys aren’t scared to go to the dentist, now they are scared not to brush or floss because they want to impress everyone at KayCare! K Tielens Wow! They are awesome. Very affordable with easy payment plans even for "not-so-perfect " credit. My insurance paid after all but initially they saw me as a cash patient and it was only $39 I couldnt believe it. Dr K has a lot of experience and was even able to keep me at that location for my implant Im planning soon. The entire staff works really well together and theyre all so very nice.

Marita What a pleasant visit I had with all of the employees. First off the front desk lady was super nice knowledgeable and very thorough on what I’m paying and what my insurance covers. Very sweet and genuine. Also doctor K was amazing at what he was doing for me and my teeth. He went step by step and made sure I was comfortable and not nervous. Ive had issues happen to my teeth from a previous dentist and Robert was kind enough to help me with issues and he didnt just "ding" me on it. Like a crown coming off and me needing to have it taken care of. Since hes become my dentist, Im treated as not only as a great client, but also as an acquaintance as well. Yes, going to the dentist sucks, regardless, but this is part of life. Id choose Robert because if I need to get it done, hes my best option. My two cents.

Melissa Moore Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had in my entire life. My extraction was a difficult one and my dentist was so patient with me and had such a kind and gentle demeanor that I was not afraid or worried or in any pain throughout the entire process. He understood that I was anxious leading up to the extraction and he took every possible avenue to make sure that I was comfortable and pain-free throughout the process and even afterwards as well. He even put on my favorite music in the background which was so helpful and just the most special extra touch to ease my mind during a tough extraction. I sincerely recommend him to anyone who has any fear or trepidation of going to the dentist, especially for extractions. He and his assistant managed to make this an incredibly pleasant experience and for that I am truly thankful.
