1 /5 Jewell Stroman: I was coming here as my go to nail shop until this past Friday. The elder lady with the glasses who normally does pedicures waxed me. I got the eyebrow lip and chin combo. I explained to her I have a condition called hirsutism and she laughed and spoke to her colleagues in her native language. So she waxed my eyebrows perfect as far as my lips and chin she didn’t do a good job. I had to go home and tweeze because she waxed me in patches. She rushed the whole process. It’s like I work to pay for a service that was 1/2 assed! Then I waited until I couldn’t wait no more for a refill they said 10 minutes and I sat for 45. I will not be coming back. I ended up going to Milan which is more expensive it they take care of you and make you feel like it’s worth spending your money.

1 /5 LaMonica Anderson: I have been going to this salon since 2017 and the services are certainly going down. I went today per usual got a pedicure, manicure and my eyebrows waxed. However, the gel manicure was trash and I am completely disappointed that I spend so much money here on a consistent basic.

1 /5 Melinda Reyes: I’ve been going to this salon for about 2 years, never had a bad experience until recently. I normally get a pedicure & mani every time. So normally spend 80$ including tip. For my manicure, i get dipped powder nails which are normally supposed to last 2 weeks if not longer….. this last time i went, i had to go back another time and get them redone. I was so upset because my nails starting chipping the next day after getting them done. My nails are chipping again after i re-went!! I feel like the nail techs don’t understand on customers part that we’re spending money… and for my nails to be chipping, it really annoys me. My nail Tech is always Lee, and when i asked her to re-do my nails, i could sense a attitude and bad vibe from her. I most likely will look for another nail salon. The manager is really nice and understanding which you can tell everyone likes to go to her bcuz she takes her time but i wasnt too picky so i gave the other techs a shot.

2 /5 Jordan Moody: Used to be a regular customer here- they’ve paid less and less attention to detail every time I come. This last time was the final straw- I got navy nail polish and left with fingers stained blue. $110 for me to go home and fix it myself.

1 /5 w0ahitsniyaaa: i went to get my nails done wednesday at this nail shop and this is what i got i didn’t like the nails at all or the polish this is even after the second round of polish we tried to colors and they both looked like this. so i eventually just told her leave it clear. i asked if i still had to pay 45$ because i was not satisfied with the nails she told me no 40$ i said okay you know we get to the front she charge me 45 it was just overall bad service for me .
