3 /5 valentina zuluaga: Nina is super efficient and careful ! She has. A great personality! I love my nails ! The first time I believe the main lady did them and she did amazing too. Aside from this , I do have to express my experience on my pedicure. I give It a 0. This is my second time here and both times the ladies that did my toes can’t ever do them right. Nor they clean them when I ask her to please go back. I can paint them better tbh. It looks like they use clumpy nail polish. The first time the lady didn’t do all of my nail, she left half off It not painted. Today the lady left a hair on my toe when I told her , she kept saying she “couldn’t see.” Also they are not the best paint.

1 /5 Kowalski Adriana (Addie): I came here for the first time on Saturday and will not be returning. While the tech who did my pedicure was decent and friendly, the quality of my manicure was terrible. I got gel/shellac mani and pedi. The pictures should speak for themselves. The tech rushed through my manicure and took no more than 15 minutes to complete it. She got the gel in my cuticle area which is already causing the polish to peel the next day. There are visible hairs trapped in the polish on multiple nails. She also used a drill on my BARE nails and cuticles, causing two of my cuticles to bleed. It even looks like my nails are painted different colors because of how thick/thin she painted different nails. They also charge an extra $20 on top of the price of the pedicure if you want gel polish. Overall a terrible experience!

I waited more than an hour and after that the manicurist was upset and wanted to do everything quickly, I asked for a deluxe pedicure, and I showed her a video of the colors and she gave me a palette of colors saying "no, no, you look for them there" she saw that I had two ingrown toenails and she never wondered if they had turned out well if I felt any pain, nothing, she was very rough with her hands because of how rushed she was In view of this, I canceled the manicure service and did not want to be there anymore, VERY BAD PAINT MY NAILS SHOW THE PICTURE, NO RECOMMENDED . When one goes to the manicurist it is to be pampered and receive good treatment and service

3 /5 Candice Gilmore: The facility is very clean and atmosphere is relaxing. There was no wait and the ladies were very friendly. I got a new set but thought the job could have been better. A few of my nails are crooked and it looks like I’ve had them done for a week or so already. I also opted for a 15 min massage on my pedicure and the lady just rubbed my calves and watched TV. She didn’t ask WHERE I wanted the massage- even though the sheet has options of areas. Overall it was ok. I gave 4 stars because they were all very nice and the facility is well kept.
