Mattie caldwell I got a pedicure, full set and color change on my toes and I absolutely love this place its nice and clean. The women and men here are extremely nice. They’re affordable and fast, There is a big variety of colors and options to Choose from. You can tell they treat each other and everyone who comes to their Establishment like family. 1000/10 will definitely recommend.

Meg Graham I was really hoping for a good experience here, but unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. The removal process for my acrylics was very painful—they used a tip to pry them off, which ended up damaging my natural nails, causing bleeding and discomfort. My nails were also cut very short without asking, even though I was growing them out. I requested adjustments to the length multiple times, but after being ignored, I eventually just accepted them. Now, hours later, my fingertips are very sore, and the gel polish is uneven, flooding into my cuticles. I truly wanted to be okay with the results and just go somewhere else next time, but the pain makes it hard to ignore. Given the experience, I would really appreciate a refund. I hope this feedback helps improve future services, as nail care should never be this painful.

valentina zuluaga Nina is super efficient and careful ! She has. A great personality! I love my nails ! The first time I believe the main lady did them and she did amazing too. Aside from this , I do have to express my experience on my pedicure. I give It a 0. This is my second time here and both times the ladies that did my toes can’t ever do them right. Nor they clean them when I ask her to please go back. I can paint them better tbh. It looks like they use clumpy nail polish. The first time the lady didn’t do all of my nail, she left half off It not painted. Today the lady left a hair on my toe when I told her , she kept saying she “couldn’t see.” Also they are not the best paint.

Kowalski Adriana (Addie) I came here for the first time on Saturday and will not be returning. While the tech who did my pedicure was decent and friendly, the quality of my manicure was terrible. I got gel/shellac mani and pedi. The pictures should speak for themselves. The tech rushed through my manicure and took no more than 15 minutes to complete it. She got the gel in my cuticle area which is already causing the polish to peel the next day. There are visible hairs trapped in the polish on multiple nails. She also used a drill on my BARE nails and cuticles, causing two of my cuticles to bleed. It even looks like my nails are painted different colors because of how thick/thin she painted different nails. They also charge an extra $20 on top of the price of the pedicure if you want gel polish. Overall a terrible experience!

Linsay Bruts Terrible service. I waited more than an hour and after that the manicurist was upset and wanted to do everything quickly, I asked for a deluxe pedicure, and I showed her a video of the colors and she gave me a palette of colors saying "no, no, you look for them there" she saw that I had two ingrown toenails and she never wondered if they had turned out well if I felt any pain, nothing, she was very rough with her hands because of how rushed she was In view of this, I canceled the manicure service and did not want to be there anymore, VERY BAD PAINT MY NAILS SHOW THE PICTURE, NO RECOMMENDED . When one goes to the manicurist it is to be pampered and receive good treatment and service

Sister Sister When I came into shop, my hands were rough and embarrassing....but oh my, when Alexis was finished with me...I was completely pleased. I am not from Texas, and every time I come back, I will come and see her! And...the pedicure was awesome!

Pich Hastings my friend brought me here to get my nails done for my birthday, I knew I wanted French tip for my 30th birthday. Little did I know this was for my engagement, thank you for fitting us in last minute. These will always be my favorite nails because of what it symbolized in life events, thank you for being apart of it. Quality nails and service was excellent!

Ms. Vercetti Went here for the first time today. I like trying new nail salons but i think this will start being my go to salon. Tammy did my nails and I absolutely love them. She did exactly what I asked for and the price was very good too. Definitely will be coming back soon.

The owner , who is in the front desk and his son are super friendly and always in a great mood ! They’re prices are reasonable and transparent They give you a menu , let you choose from the menu and the price it says ; is the price you’ll pay , no last minute hidden add ons ! Jessica and Tina are my girls ! This is our whole family nail spa go to place , I even take my littles to get pampered.

Rebecca My nails came out great but my pedicure sucked. The experience was terrible. The technician had cold water and didn’t even let me soak Long enough. I even asked for hot water and still no soak. She spent about 15 minutes on my feet. The massage was terrible. She didn’t even use oil on my feet For the stone. I came out with dry heels. I don’t even think she cut all my cuticles or shaped all my toe nails. I can care less about the polish I want to feel pampered. By the way, I purchased the $35 pedicure. Imagine if I would’ve opted for the cheaper one. The value was definitely not worth the price.

Mrs. S I came in for a soak off of my acrylic nails at first glance. When I walked in the pictures on their website and online do not match the current pictures it is super dated and very dirty. Everyone that works there is sitting around on their phone playing on their phone. That’s all I witnessed people came in here and there but the Nail tech acted as if they didn’t want to get up off Their phones. The front door guy he’s checking you in he is not friendly as well. He seems bothered And he doesn’t look at you when I Genuinely thought he was Blind. My Nail tech was mediocre. Overall, I just won’t return here. I mean there are 1 million other nail spots that you can try to go to, but I’ll stick with my nail tech I’ve been seeing For the last three years.

Came to Houston from NC for my birthday trip and I came here to get my nails fixed because the person I went to in NC messed my nails all up…the powder was thick, had two nails crooked, one hand shorter than the other. Wynden Lester I have been coming here for over 7 months every two weeks with my mom AND DAD. My mom’s bf got us both $75 gift cards for Christmas and we show up today to use them and the place is shut down. They got evicted. On the door the letter of evictions said that they owed $37,000. They really took his money and ran knowing they were going to get shut down soon. That’s so disgusting. I hope nobody else got gift cards for this place because if you show up you won’t be able to use them and your loved ones money has been wasted.

Sylvia amaya Had a wonderful experience when I recently took my daughter for a mani/pedi (25$)! Pretty good price for the quality and care they gave. She was very happy and pleased with her design. It was very calm and clean. I would recommend for any mom and for their daughters . Thank you !

Cherry Coke Went to this place today after it being closed for a couple months, they had great service and the nail technicians were very friendly nice and attentive. Will be coming back soon, They also are having a 20% off for grand opening. Service for kids was awesome my daughter loved it.

I bet he’s just as good on full sets ( due to my nature of work I’m only allowed to do regular manicures). Eyebrow waxes from him has been beautiful as well. Alexis Castillo I visit this salon every 2-3 weeks for a manicure and pedicure, and it’s always a great experience! Lisa is my go-to for nails, but if she’s unavailable, Hannah is just as amazing. Both are incredibly skilled and attentive. For pedicures, everyone does a great job, but I usually stick with my regulars. The pricing is reasonable for a salon, though naturally a bit higher compared to home-based nail techs. Overall, it’s worth it for the quality and service! Elisabeth Chung Lisa is so efficient and does not cut corners. She cleans your nails thoroughly and every nail looks perfect! Definitely coming back for her. There’s a young guy who is also very good but he wasn’t available this time but both are very good!

The salon itself is clean, modern, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I opted for a gel manicure and a french pedicure. The technicians, Linda and Nina, were so meticulous—my nails have never looked better! The whole process was super relaxing, and I could tell that the staff really cares about providing top-notch service. Jewell Stroman I was coming here as my go to nail shop until this past Friday. The elder lady with the glasses who normally does pedicures waxed me. I got the eyebrow lip and chin combo. I explained to her I have a condition called hirsutism and she laughed and spoke to her colleagues in her native language. So she waxed my eyebrows perfect as far as my lips and chin she didn’t do a good job. I had to go home and tweeze because she waxed me in patches. She rushed the whole process. It’s like I work to pay for a service that was 1/2 assed! Then I waited until I couldn’t wait no more for a refill they said 10 minutes and I sat for 45. I will not be coming back. I ended up going to Milan which is more expensive it they take care of you and make you feel like it’s worth spending your money.

LaMonica Anderson I have been going to this salon since 2017 and the services are certainly going down. I went today per usual got a pedicure, manicure and my eyebrows waxed. However, the gel manicure was trash and I am completely disappointed that I spend so much money here on a consistent basic.

Melinda Reyes I’ve been going to this salon for about 2 years, never had a bad experience until recently. I normally get a pedicure & mani every time. So normally spend 80$ including tip. For my manicure, i get dipped powder nails which are normally supposed to last 2 weeks if not longer….. this last time i went, i had to go back another time and get them redone. I was so upset because my nails starting chipping the next day after getting them done. My nails are chipping again after i re-went!! I feel like the nail techs don’t understand on customers part that we’re spending money… and for my nails to be chipping, it really annoys me. My nail Tech is always Lee, and when i asked her to re-do my nails, i could sense a attitude and bad vibe from her. I most likely will look for another nail salon. The manager is really nice and understanding which you can tell everyone likes to go to her bcuz she takes her time but i wasnt too picky so i gave the other techs a shot.

Kristol Blankenship After coming back from Puerto Rico we came to the Galleria Mall and my daughter and I came to La Palm Nails & Spa. The experience we had was phenomenal! We were getting a pedicure and manicure. There were 2 woman one for my nails and one for my feet and did them at the same time. The techs were so wonderful and made us feel comfortable. Great experience and we decided that when we need fills and pedicure we will come back here!

Anthony T Van Nguyen the only person you should go to.. the other employees here don’t care for you like she does! I was with another employee she didn’t finish they took the money and a nice tip they left me incomplete.. I was soo upset Miss Nguyen didn’t have to finish and fix their problems but she did and didn’t ask for anything in return! She is an angel and you should only book her, she actually cares about her job and takes the time to make sure it’s perfect. She is the only reason I’m leaving a review.

Audrey Nelson Kay. I was a walk-in. I dont like pedicures at all, very ticklish, hate to have my feet touched, but go ~once a year to a salon for feet health. It was time and I was scared, but Kay was gentle. She handled my ingrown nails, calluses, and made my feet feel soft and pretty - she painted them big apple red. Thank you, Kay.

Stephanie Tran I had the most relaxing and pampering experience at this nail salon! I came in looking to get cat-eye style nails, and they had so many color options to choose from. I did a glittery cat eye on the fingers and a creamy cat eye on the toes! The nail technicians, Vicky and Nancy, were incredibly kind and gentle, I didn’t get accidentally cut at all which is rare! The salon itself is spotless, bright, and welcoming. I also loved that they offer complimentary drinks like wine, coffee, and water. Plus, the free garage parking made it super easy to visit. Kacy Monet Let’s get into these nails honey. I am very particular about my nails when it comes to shape, amount of acrylic, and polish variety, so when I found Emma… I knew she had be my nail tech. I also knew it wouldn’t be long before she had her own shop and I was prepared to go along on her journey. Wynn is in great hands… literally. Emma is amazingly creative & talented. The first time she did my nails, I immediately noticed the intricacy & detail of her designs. From characters to abstract, she can do it all. The staff & services are also phenomenal. I have never experienced a pedicure like the ones at Wynn. Some people are so rough with the feet but her staff were gentle. I’ve never been one to fall asleep in the chair, but their hands will have you resting comfortably.

Samantha John Wynn Nails Spa is now under new management. I can’t comment on the previous owner/management company, but the new owner is amazing!! Emma has done my nails for about a year and I’m always so happy when I leave!!! Today, I requested a design with cateye gel, jewels and 3D gel design. It was based on several designs and came together beautifully. It’s better than the sample pics and better than what I had in my head. Definitely going back and definitely recommend people try this salon!

Jessica I just moved back in to the area and I was looking for a nail shop I could go to. I happened to see this one and hoped they would be able to achieve the look I was going for. Immediately I walked in I was greeted by the owner who was so friendly! She asked me what I wanted and I mentioned wanting to do just a classic French tip on my hands and feet. She said that was easy and no problem at all! The environment was clean and my old nails were removed and I was treated to a lovely pedicure! The lady who performed the pedicure took her time and my feet never felt so soft! The owner did my full set and also my toes as well. Her penmanship was remarkable! I’m going back next time to get something different and fun! She is a true artist when it comes to nail design. This was such a pleasant experience and I think I found my new nail home. Thank you!

Nancy Le Love the way the salon is decorated, so cozy and chic at the same time. I got the Crystal Detoxify pedicure for sensitive skin, and OMG, it was the best pedicure I have had. So relaxing with 25 mins massage for both feet and shoulder massage (longer for feet I think). Will be back to try out other services they offer.

Gina Munoz Decided to try this place out after not having the best experience at a salon closer to my home and glad I did. Just walking into to this place it has a great luxury vibe. I tried the pedicure with the jelly and felt so great! Ladies did a wonderful job and did exactly what I asked for and felt very relaxed while I was there. I will be back!

Jeeva Babu I have really enjoyed getting my nails done here. They are very kind, listen to you, are very attentive, and even gave me tips about what would look good on my nails. They never rushed me nor were careless with my nail care. The nail tech also checked if I liked how my nails looked and went to get another color when I said I wanted a darker shade. Although I was a walk-in, they ensured I still was attended to quickly.

Kate Banwell Unfortunately did not have a good experience here and will not be coming back. For reference, I showed the artist the last picture and stated that it was exactly what I wanted (which was pulled from their other reviews on google). There are many issues that I encountered: 1. the French tip line is not clean at all, flat on some sides while curved on the other, and does not extend across my entire nail 2. the nail thickness is not consistent within each nail and is almost a plateau on top of my nails. they are flat at the top and go straight down rather than being rounded. 3. you can see in some of the pictures that the tip of the nail does not match up to the edge of my natural nail, leaving a huge indent on some of the nails 4. when the final clear coats were put on, the artist left for a bit and then came back and checked on me. she seemed surprised that they were still wet and asked if I wanted to do shellac instead. I agreed and she proceeded to start buffing 2 layers of WET nail polish off my nails. She seemed stressed out and kept buffing my skin as well. 5. the gel polish that was put on was placed extremely quickly leaving some empty spots, polish on my skin, and even left 2 SPIKEY bumps on the TOP of my nails 6. when everything was over, the artist proceeded to give me a hand massage without wiping any of the nails filings off of my hand.. leaving me with a sandy feeling massage.. 7. The saving grace was the woman that did my pedicure, while I made sure to ask for a foot scrub to get extra dead skin off.. I came home to still find my feet feeling pretty rough. they look generally okay though. 8. I went with a friend and we both caught ants crawling on us. The one for me was in my foot and my friend found one on her lap. From far away, my hands look okay and will generally work for my event this week. I will stick to doing my nails at home as it was absolutely not worth the $115 spent.

Mike Scott Service is always outstanding and the place is clean. I’ve been visiting this location for years. Amy has been taking care of me. She always does a great job. They are located next door to my gym but it took me a few tries to walk in. You know the men and manicure/pedicure thing (still can’t call it mani/pedi). And it’s feminine. Soft colors. Pinks. And of course mostly women. I walked in and I felt like a couple of dozen eyes were looking at me. To keep it short - happy I set my ago aside Every time I leave I feel wonderfully relaxed and I have less nail issues and less foot problems (keeping nails trimmed makes a difference when walking or sports). So thanks Amy.

Denise Roman I do not recommend it!!! I visited for the first time today August 30, 2024 and my acrylic nails have turned out horrible, the treatment was good but the person who did my acrylic nails has no idea of ​​the work they do, I have images and videos that make it seem like the one who did my nails was my little 2 year old girl, I paid 136 dollars and left my own of 27.20 dollars for the lady who did my pedicure. In addition, I told the gentleman several times as he was working that I didnt like them and he told me that he was fixing them over time and that before finishing my nails would be fine, nothing I asked for my nails was what he was doing to me. I HAVE HAD TO GO OUT AND PAY ANOTHER 150 dollars to another place with pain in my fingers from that gentleman filing my nails so much. I hope that no one else has the same thing happen to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Ly Ma I called in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised that they could fit me in just 30 minutes later with Kim. I asked for someone who could do a great job with nail extensions using dipping powder, and Kim was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been neglecting my hands for a while (wish I took a before pic), and they weren’t in the best shape, but Kim made me feel completely comfortable and never self-conscious. She took her time and gave me the most beautiful dipped nails—clean, natural-looking, and meticulously done. I’ve been to several nail techs, but Kim is the first one who made me feel like she was caring for my hands like family, not just another client. I never felt rushed at all, and it was clear that Kim takes a lot of pride in her work. For the first time, I left a nail appointment feeling completely satisfied and loving how my nails turned out. I’ll definitely be coming back! Kim is so sweet and really knows what she’s doing. Highly highly recommend her!

Cathy Houston Good setup and very nicely decorated. Their basic pedicure was $39 when we went there. I feel they did more than other places weve been for a pedicure. In case youre trying to convince your man to go, there were three men when I was there! They have massage chairs and you cant beat the attention!

Ritisha Gupta Didn’t have the best experience. Spent $60 with tip for a lavender pedicure only for the polish to get ruined after an hour. I stayed back for a good 15 minutes to let the nails dry, wore opened toed shoes, didn’t let anything touch for an hour and then noticed toes smudged. Also they weren’t painted too well to begin with and I could have done a better job myself. And after all my toes were fully painted with a base coat, 2 coats of polish, and a top coat, my tech completely wiped off the polish from the big toe and reapplied but was not done any better. Disappointing because they had good reviews and I will say the prep and the massage portion of the pedicure was nice but the polish application was not worth the money I spent.

Milka Follygah I loved coming to this nail salon. I had Linda and Emma working on my nails and they did an excellent job. I showed Linda my nail inspo from Pinterest and she went in the back and experimented with layering in order to give me the perfect nails. I am also a student at Rice University so I received 10% off. I will be coming back!

Maddy Dalley Super cute and clean place! Had five total family members here to get our nails done for a fancy event and got them done with high quality and quick results. Linda was very sweet to chat with and executed the nails perfectly! Great conversation and service! Ignore how always my picture is, it’s not a strong suit haha!

TV Loved it here! I went to get my hard gel removed that I got done somewhere else and the removal was amazing and wasn’t rushed. Jasmine removed my hard gel cut and shaped my nails and I ended up getting soft gel. I love my nails they’re not bulky and the color is exactly what I wanted. This will be my new go to nail place. The salon was also very clean and relaxing.

Charisma Nguepdo I loved my experience at Splend Nailworks! I received a speedy pedicure and the TBTA manicure. They were done so neatly and the polish is not bulky. The staff is also great. I booked a same-day appointment and had to bring my 2-month-old baby with me. Kim and Yasmin were so patient with me while I tended to my baby. The salon is beautiful and does not have the typical strong chemical smell that most nail salons do. Highly recommend!
