1 /5 Selena Lisotta: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in on a Wednesdays a uti, they took urine and sent me on my way saying as soon they got the result they would reach out. Well I have the my chart app and I checked it consistently, consider I have a painful infection. I could see when my result came in and could see that no provider looked at my result for days. Its Monday now, and after calling thursday and Friday, and being told they would send a message to the provider, nobody has yet to look at my results therefor I have yet to get any antibiotics. 1 /5 EHMEYEI: Do not recommend at all. Doctors are friendly but staff is not on same page at all. Do not take time to read or overlook your medical charts they are asking yourself what occurred on prior visits, also seen a new doctor each visit. Front desk staff are rude and very unprofessional. When inquire at front desk for a certain visit be scheduled as requested from doctor I had just seen front desk clerk acted clueless and turned around to ask for “assistance” but began to complain about my request and make derogatory remarks in Spanish as if I wouldn’t be able to understand her. WORSE PLACE TO GO! Switched doctors immediately after this incident.

1 /5 Stevie Sohns: If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk for dental absolutely doesn’t care about who comes to check in, she rather be doing other stuff. When I asked if I could do payment plans after having to already cancel my appointment twice for a ROOT CANAL. They tell me as I go in today that I can pay leading up to that appointment but I can’t pay out the appointment after? After I’ve already used all my cancellations y’all tell me I can do payment plans leading up to the appointment but now I’m unable to get an appointment because they have screwed me so many times…. Terrible staff. Terrible service. Terrible company.

1 /5 Christi Collins: I definitely thought that this might change but it didn’t. Personally, the doctor is very polite but did not handle the issue at hand and I ending up having to go to a different doctor to find out what was wrong. The front office staff is absolutely awful and personally I would never want to have any of them involved in my care. I wish I could rate them a zero. Just had all of my records transferred to a different hospital so that I could have better care.

1 /5 April Perdue: Came to get tested for covid my appointment was at 2:15, I didnt get seen until 3:00. Three cars pulled up after me and was seen immediately, when the guys did come to take my vitals he was oh so rude to me talking to me like I was his child. Never have I felt so disrespected in my life by a so called nurse. Worse experience ever, never wanna come back here. And to top it off after sitting in one spot for over 30 minutes I was asked to move to a different parking spot if I wanted to be seen or I could just sit where I was and wait longer.

Cynthia Alston Wood: Let me first say this in no way reflects on Lori Reeves, Myra, or her side of the office. They have always been thoughtful, competent, and professional and my whole family feels well looked after by Lori and her staff. Unfortunately, Lori was not available when we called last week to schedule an appointment for my oldest child, who also happens to be on the spectrum. He simply needed an ear irrigation to help an uncomfortable and frustrating wax blockage. He was scheduled with another provider in the same clinic, Cindy. Now my husband is a fully disabled war vet who is treated at this same clinic for memory issues related to his service, but he now repeats everything and writes it down when told appointment times. Last week he was there in person for his appointment and was told 1:30 appt time for our child and he immediately text me that and put it in our family calendar app. Upon arrival today ( before 1:30 ) he was stopped at the front desk and asked to provide our son’s social security number. We have never been asked this before and he had to call me to look it up. I found it and he relayed it to the front office staff. Only then did they tell him sorry. Cindy says your appointment was at 1:15 and you weren’t here so she won’t see you. Now mind you. I had to see this woman a month or so ago and I had to wait on her 35 minutes past my appointment time yet managed to do so with grace and without deciding to be an awful human about it. Now I’m here trying to validate actions I can’t excuse to my child who is uncomfortable and has been for days, who we just told to “make it until Monday” that doctors really are good people meant to help but this one.. well, maybe not her. So if you have someone on the spectrum, need a bit of understanding or compassion, or are a veteran family DO NOT accept an appointment with Cindy at this office. If she’s in a mood she might just arbitrarily refuse to see you for a random made up reason YOU or your child had zero to do with. We already have another appt scheduled with Lori at her earliest availability and will never let our kids be scheduled with anyone else here.

Ashley Hooper: I’ve had it with this place. I’ve given them multiple chances, overlooking things that would annoy anyone, but I can’t anymore. The lack of communication is unacceptable—emails, phone calls, even messages through the pharmacy go unanswered. They repeatedly require me to come in for the same updates, charging $200 each time. Each visit involves long wait times, understaffed teams, and unprofessional behavior from the staff, including the doctor. Their judgmental attitudes and expressions make it clear they’re not interested in making patients feel understood. Instead, they make you feel judged and looked down upon, which is the last thing anyone needs in a medical setting. After countless attempts to reach out, I finally heard back, only to be told they wouldn’t refill my prescription without another $200 visit. This is for a medication that costs less than $20 for a 3-month supply—but when you factor in the cost of these unnecessary visits, it quickly adds up. Now, I’m left to suffer through withdrawals due to their delays because I refuse to pay them another penny. This place is clearly more interested in money than in patient care. It’s baffling how they have such high ratings. Fool me once, fool me twice—never again.
