4 /5 loko rey: Its been a couple of weeks but I figured Id write my review today. I was hesitant to go in for my first pedicure as I am a male and someone who stands on their feet all day as a construction worker. My feet are very rough to the touch and my nails arent the cleanest. Fortunately there was a worker who made me feel comfortable about getting the pedicure. I was assured that no matter the condition of my feet there was no judgment and they would take care of me. Long story short I had great service and will be coming back again soon. I know that I need to continue with good foot hygiene. Thank you for excellent customer service!

1 /5 Ruby Orozco: I go at least twice once every 1-2 months and I Always love how my toes get left. But today i was honestly disappointed with my service. It was rushed and ugly work done. It’s patchy and missing color in certain areas. Some areas are not fully white. You can see the splotches left on it. Was not worth what I paid. I also REQUESTED square shaped and that wasn’t done as well as to only file my nails down and not cut and she did the opposite. HORRIBLE JOB by this TECH

5 /5 Mai Dinh: I been going to get my nails done from Sophia for the last 5 years and only to her. She is the best, Most Professional, sincere and genuine and very detailed. She’s also very fast. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

2 /5 Stephanie Shields: We really had a great experience, so I am sad to leave a 2 star review. I had a pedi which was great. My daughter is having elbow surgery next week, so we went as a treat to get a mani/pedi for her. She got solar nails which turned out gorgeous! But the pedi not so much. When given the choice of polish for both of us it was “odd”… all of them seemed like they were gel based on the labels on the bottles that I’ve seen at other salons, but we didn’t want gel and made that clear from the start. I looked and didn’t see any normal polishes like you do at other salons… I can’t help but think that influenced what eventually happened! The pedis were great… BUT WTF on the nail polish! We literally got our nails done on Thursday 4/10 and this is her nails Saturday night 4/12!!! We did go to the pool today, but the water was freezing so she wasn’t in more than 15 minutes max (even so, this isn’t normal after going to the pool with nail polish!!). This should not happen and is very disappointing! We were looking for a new favorite salon close to home, but this quality is ridiculous. A pedicure lasting 2 days is unacceptable. I should give 1 star, but she loves her nails so much that I had to give 2. But what is up with your nail polish??? It shouldn’t peel off like this (she didn’t touch it, we just looked down at her feet after we left the pool and were shocked to see the polish missing on 4 toes!). FYI- when we entered the salon the lady asked if we wanted gel and I said no. She showed us the shelf to pick from (all looked like gel bottles based on what I’ve seen from other salons). We picked from where she told us but I was concerned and looked around to make sure and found no shelf in the place with regular polishes like I’ve seen elsewhere. This is the only thing I can identify as to why the polish peeled of like this (gel polish without the gel technique)… maybe if you pay extra for gel you will be fine here…

1 /5 Barbar James: I paid $77 for a gel manicure and pedicure on 3-/11/25 today is 3/15/2025 the manicure was done poorly my polish is peeling off each and every finger nail I was also cut by their nail tech when she was using the cuticle remover . I would like a refund my pedicure is also peeling paint . I called to speak with a manager to ask for a refund he was very rude and told me to call back without addressing the issue I will not be returning.
