4 /5 Michael Dawson: I’m older, and chose this office because the doctor is older. I came in with a big chip on my shoulder following horrible experiences with virtually every medical person I’ve encountered since moving here 2 1/2 years ago, both for myself and a special needs adult daughter who died in the care of a large provider. Every staff member here treated me like I was human. Dr Morrow listened carefully to everything I said and took the time to get to know me. Staff were among the most gracious and helpful that I have experienced in over 30 years of constant contact with medical providers, usually under extreme circumstances. I left with none of the anxiety I came with, and a renewed belief that there are still people in the medical field who care. I would have given 5 stars except initial contact with the call center was less professional and produced some mistakes. Overall, a much needed good experience.
