5 /5 Amy Valdez: A doctor is only as good as his support team. Dr. Jordan Blair and his team are exceptional. I had outpatient umbilical hernia surgery this week. When I first called to make the appointment, the lady who answered the phone (I cant remember her name), was super patient and informative. Once the Dr confirmed I did need surgery, scheduling was quick and easy. The staff communicated with me every step of the way. Charlene in billing/registration, spoke with a smile on her face over the phone. Also, so patient and answered any questions I had. The week before my surgery, the lady with an Australian accent, was also so informative and walked me through the process. The morning of my surgery, Nora and another (sweet Asian) nurse, worked in sync to get me prepped for surgery. All the while, with smiles on their face. They made me feel extremely comfortable and were thorough. Once I was moved to the OR area, I met Innis and Layla, the anesthesiologist. They explained everything they were getting ready to do. Both, so kind and comforting. I couldnt have felt like I was in better hands. I saw and spoke with Dr. Blair, too. Hes a man of few words, but made sure all was set for surgery. I woke up after the surgery, and that team was great, too. I cant recommend North Pines Surgical Group enough. Im so thankful for their kindness. I cant imagine having to go into surgery with a team that didnt make me feel comfortable. Thank you all so much for your dedication to timeliness, thorough instructions, and warm smiles.
