1 /5 Y S: Horrible service the Admission and Discharge coordinator is also the supervisor and shes never available to speak with family members in regards to the patients there. This place should be closed down by the state.

1 /5 nimetra king: I just want to see my son and make sure he’s ok. Haven’t heard from my son in months. To be honest I think someone did something to him. And they trying covering it up. Getting me some help because this should be against the law to keep someone from their children. I miss my baby so much and have so many sleepless night just up thinking about him. Don’t know what to do.

1 /5 Debra Herrera: This place is a joke the director Mr.Rone should be an actual patient here, there motto is "I can not confirm nor deny". They keep patients clothing and private item that the family has bought patients when the patients are released. Who ever the one responsible for deeming a patient able to stand trial is just as crazy as the patients them selves! Thats obvious when MHMR has deemed my little cousin on the highest level of schizophrenia a person can have, but yet this facility said he was competent to stand trial, and then San Antonio state hospital said that its impossible for him to stand trial, that should tell anyone something about this place. I actually believe they have the patients answering the phones here.... No Help what so ever!!!

1 /5 Vana: Wanda Brazeal a APRN has authority and leadership as if she was a Doctor! She’s a nurse practitioner and has everyone that works around scared! She wrote a report to the court that I was currently severe manic bipolar because “I’d been divorced twice and the police report”! She said in one report she thought my reporting of the police arrest as delusional and refused to help me! The same day just hours earlier, one week from admission, Pitman found me Competent to Stand Trial (CST)! James Pitman, an actual doctor found me competent and Ms K (Brazeal) that afternoon says I’m manic! Wants me to choose one of four different drugs, like a candy store, your choice and then we will see if there is an improvement! Witch doctors? Pitman seems legit! I could not find one other Nurse or employee that agreed with Ms K! Yes I broke my pinky playing basketball

5 /5 Backyard Rambo: Seems to me that the people making bad comments are there due to their legal matters and to stay out of jail. Im looking an inpatient facility for my mother who has dementia and cant get into the clinic until January 2024. She needs meds now!
