Veterans War Memorial of Texas - McAllen (TX)

4 /5 Steeve: Very nice Memorial to visit. It was a good surprise, it’s huge and with a lot of historical information in a small city like McAllen. I highly recommend it to go with your children and teach them some history.

4 /5 Santiago Maldonado: This is a beautiful memorial. Love that there is plenty of history to learn there. Its a good walk and peaceful while you are there. Plenty of parking. It is awesome that this was done to honor all those that have served.

5 /5 Joni Lemieux: I came across this memorial by accident and I’m so glad I did. What a magnificent piece of art and history. Paths are nicely laid out. Plenty of room for parking. I could’ve spent hours there.

As 911 approaches it’s humbling to read all of the conflicts we have been through and still continue to keep America free.
