5 /5 Louise Lao: Super good service! I suggest you go in before your planned date to book an appointment because they’re usually packed! I went in on a Wednesday to book and got my appointment on a Saturday. They’re very friendly and listen to whet you envision your hair to be. I wanted a fun color and they gave me that but made sure they wouldn’t cause further damage to my hair. Originally I was okay to bleach it but they suggested otherwise and gave me a keratin treatment as well. :) Definitely coming back!

I guess Im blind because the owner said the result was pretty close to the inspiration I provided, but it wasn’t at all what I expected. They offered a simple fix, and this was the result. The owner even suggested that I chose to be unhappy before my appointment, which felt completely illogical considering the money I spent. If this is something they cannot achieve for whatever reason, they should be transparent about it so I could make an informed decision. The owner offered to work with my hair, but after that comment, how could I trust that I would receive good service? This was supposed to be a positive change for me, but instead, it was a letdown.

I was looking for somewhere I could get a sleek classic bob haircut and I came across the wild hair on Google and it had pretty good reviews, so I took a chance after work and went in as a walk-in. I was greeted by Hector and he asked me what I needed. I described exactly what I wanted and he said he would be with me shortly after finishing up his client he went ahead and sat me, and I then showed him some photos of more or less what I wanted and how I normally style my hair and not only did he give me exactly what I asked for but he nailed it…amazing, amazing job! My hair looks great. Looks healthy again. I will definitely be highly recommend Hector. You definitely gained a Client, you will see me again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lady had in AirPods and was talking on the phone while doing two other people’s hair. 30 minutes passed by and I’m still not sitting in the chair at the very least. I booked with Laly but she was nowhere to be found. Another lady was working on two other clients. If you do not have availability you shouldn’t allow people to book to avoid double and triple booking.
