UTMB KILLED MY FATHER.
DO NOT GO HERE. My father went in with a lung infection and now has a traumatic brain injury and will in all likelihood never come home. Patient Advocacy did nothing and no one has been held accountable nor will they because they are blocked from litigation. The “investigation” that was “conducted” internally was a joke. UTMB is careless and unprofessional. Read all the newest reviews; every one of those one star reviews is correct. Now my mother has lost her husband, we have lost our father, and an injury that occurred in their “care” has stolen his life from him. He is only 62 and can no longer walk, talk, or breathe on his own.
And patient services, save your efforts responding. I will never buy what you pretend to sell.
