He was very pleasant to talk to and despite the fact that I could be dealing with some very serious health issues, he was calming and encouraging. His staff is also attentive and expeditious. I would recommend his office to family and friends.

His office staff was efficient & professional during my first visit & several phone conversations before. I wish wait time for appointments were shorter, but grateful to have good physicians at the end of the wait .

5 /5 Francisco Juan “Larry F.”: I am not from this area overall. I found most physicians to be rather mediocre at best. However Dr. Charafeddine proved to be the exception. Unlike my experience in this area lots of doctors are incompetent and not very informative to one’s questions. Apparently most people don’t know any better so they just go along. Dr. Charafeddine, is thorough, attentive, and most importantly, he listens and explains in layman’s terms. Excellent Doctor. If I need a good doctor for other concerns, I go to the Medical Center in Houston, but for my G.I. needs, I got lucky with Dr. Charafeddine. I can’t comment on other doctors in this area as I have not seen by them. I only speak about my own personal experiences.

4 /5 me me: Dr Charafeddine is great! He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to having him work with me. My only suggestion would be this - I noticed that some of the older folks in the waiting room were struggling with the ipad - entering their information to complete the "forms". Perhaps the office personnel could offer assistance to these folks.

5 /5 Lorraine Hill: Dr. Charafeddine and his staff are always very caring and very thorough in explaining your care plan. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs a Gastroenterologist. I have seen him multiple times over the last 10 plus years and have had multiple procedures and have always been satisfied with his care.

Tanner c: I went to this place for my shoulder, went in for 10 minutes, paid out of pocket and thought that was that. Few days later I saw I owed them money (on the app) that was unspecified on the invoice. I called to clarify and the lady was extremely rude. She told me it was for “extra fees for the extra treatment she provided” but wouldn’t tell me what exactly the extra treatment was. I told her the provider asked me questions, inspected me, and gave me a prescription. And that I wasn’t sure which part of that warranted 70 dollars and that wouldn’t pay it until I knew exactly what I was being charged for. Well- instead of helping me understand (which I’d gladly pay up if I knew what I was being charged for) she told me they’d send a claim collection if I didn’t pay. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else that’ll be more honest than this place is.

Debra Defrain: Great experience! My puppy had an injured leg and my vet couldnt see her. I called Wild Peach, they got her in took xrays and thankfully it was a soft tissue injury.
