5 /5 Barbara Eastman: Hope has been a blessing for my animals. They provide excellent care for both my dogs and cats. All the staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their work. Recently, I had to put my dog Buddy to sleep, and Dr. Becker and her assistant were there for me during this difficult time. Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking such wonderful care of my Buddy.

The vet techs here are just phenomenal when handling my two cats, Oliver and Greyson. There is no other place I would get them checked out. Friendly service, detailed information, amazing appointment scheduling for any concerns you have with your pets. Above all, this is the go to place!

1 /5 Natalie H: Very poor service I came in with a wounded dog and they quoted me for 3 different antibiotics and 3 different pain meds and Anastasia total came to around 1200 ! I asked why so much and of course they said it’s just a quote and I said so it could potentially go up and they say yes or it will go down this is also a quote that was generated by the staff not even the actual registered veterinarian! I didn’t have this at the time so they wanted me to apply for a pet loan. I was not approved because I have no credit I don’t use credit I pay everything out of pocket, so they recommended me to a facility which was in Galveston an hour drive from their location. thank god my husband told me to call and make it know we are on our way, the woman who answered said I have no idea why they gave you our number or information because we don’t even take injured animals it’s was a spay and neuter clinic. so I walked back in and I was like where are you trying to send me, she was like why what’s wrong? I said they don’t even take injured animals she says oh I didn’t know !! These people will treat you like a number didn’t care where they sent me they just wanted me off their property since I’m not willing to throw 1200 into something that’s doesn’t make any sense the charges were ridiculous. I know my dog didn’t need all that was on the quote! so they just like to over charge you an if you don’t have it good luck is how they see it. Also be very careful they like to send people on wild goose chases!!
