1 /5 Natalia Yvette: All three of my kids have been with Dr. Lu since they were born. My oldest is now 14. Since he retired I have not been to see Dr. Chang who took over his practice but once. I’ve tried many times when my kids are sick but no one answers. Since my initial visit they have blocked my number. Why? I have no idea. I do not owe them anything and have only had that one visit . At first I thought oh they are just busy. I’ve called several times, it rings one time and then goes to music. No one answers it’s just like they have left me on hold. I’ve waited 20 minutes, 30 minutes and today 10 minutes before because this is the doctor assigned on my insurance. We all know that hassle to find a new doctor and add him to insurance so I stick with him. Then I had other people call and they answer them right away so now I know that they purposely do not answer me. Dr.Chang was great the one visit we had with him but the office staff and his wife were not so much. I’m upset Dr. Lu retired but more upset with how we are being treated by the doctor who took over his practice and his patients.

Tanner c: I went to this place for my shoulder, went in for 10 minutes, paid out of pocket and thought that was that. Few days later I saw I owed them money (on the app) that was unspecified on the invoice. I called to clarify and the lady was extremely rude. She told me it was for “extra fees for the extra treatment she provided” but wouldn’t tell me what exactly the extra treatment was. I told her the provider asked me questions, inspected me, and gave me a prescription. And that I wasn’t sure which part of that warranted 70 dollars and that wouldn’t pay it until I knew exactly what I was being charged for. Well- instead of helping me understand (which I’d gladly pay up if I knew what I was being charged for) she told me they’d send a claim collection if I didn’t pay. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else that’ll be more honest than this place is.

Debra Defrain: Great experience! My puppy had an injured leg and my vet couldnt see her. I called Wild Peach, they got her in took xrays and thankfully it was a soft tissue injury.
