The manager, took the time to look at tire lock key sit rep. I have a service animal. Kenneth was so kind, and smart. He deserves the world. Even if he doesnt get it, he is humble. That is hands down the best Napa store, I have ever been to. In 18 years in 7 states. God bless Texas. Drive a little bit further. They have the time to fix your auto problems. Everything is in order. I really liked Kennith. I was very impressed by the manager that handle logistical supply. Again, youll get dumped in-between, this location and the pleasingtonton location. Dick Giroux: My son posted a review after I told him about my experience at Cliffs Auto Repair in Bellville, TX. I went in to have a burned out headlight bulb replaced. I had purchased two replacement bulbs at a parts store. Paul Taylor, Service Manager, had the bulbs on both the driver and passenger sides replaced in less than 10 minutes and placed the one that wasnt burned out in a box in case I needed it later. Paul didnt charge me for the service, but asked me to come back for any thing I needed in the future. I told him I most certainly will. I asked him what type of replacement parts they use. He said on critical parts they use OEM parts, not aftermarket or salvage parts. On expendable parts, e.g. light bulbs and wiper blades, they use the best available.

Sierra Williams: There are several reasons I will not be visiting this place again. I wouldnt recommend. I left my car yesterday (3-20-25) around lunch. The guy said he would be able to look at it at 8am this morning (3-21-25). My check engine light came on and I needed to know for sure why it would throw the code it did. Took it here. By 4pm, I still hadnt heard anything back, so I called. The man told me "oh, Ive been meaning to call you." He proceeded to tell me that my oil was low. He replaced what was missing. Never did he call me and ask if I wanted him to do that. Never communicated until I called. I was under the impression that it was my Cam shaft sensor and it was going to be covered under warranty. When I asked him why it could be low, if there were any signs of leaks, I didnt know. He said "my tech didnt see any on the concrete." He never looked under my car. So, he said he was going to send a tech out to look. Almost immediately he said the tech said there was nothing under my car indicating there was a leak. Oh. I had just gotten my oil changed in February, and it hadnt been very far. I definitely feel like he was sexist and wasnt very honest about what happened today.
