    Jansen Gonzales: It was my first time going to Milstead to get my emission inspection of my gas motorhome. The place is really nice and clean. Very friendly staff and accomodating. Really nice waiting area and no smoking on any part of the premises. I heard an older gentleman talking to another customer that Milstead was the only shop that fixed his vehicle after he took it to multiple shops. When I heard that, I know this place is legit. I called them in advance to make sure they can do it since other places dont. Customer service was very great over the phone. When I arrived at the place, it was spacious and very easy to park my motorhome. In less than 30mins, they got my motorhome ready which was a surprise considering they were working on a lot of vehicles in their shop. I was really happy with my experience and I usually do the work on my vehicles and motorhome but I will definitely try them if I cant fix the issues on my vehicles. I recommend this shop to all types of vehicles and motorhomes.

    Michael Garrison: If you live in the Conroe area just go here. Mario is a stand up guy. Fair pricing. Bought a pre-owned SRX and needed a battery. Was $75-$100 less than other shops in the area. And put the battery in that the vehicle came with new. Which he had on hand he got my Vin # to make sure he had the exact battery and didnt have to wait. He then drove the car to make sure we didnt have any underlining issues, which we have a bearing going out on a wheel, which I thought I was hearing, I didnt mention it to him before. And he said we will have to have done. Which we will in the next few days. Probably my best experience at an auto repair shop. I have found a true mechanic that is knowledgeable and fair. And I will send all family and friends to because I trust him. I think you will too. Great job!!

    Luke Dover: I called and set up an appointment for them to fill up engine and EV coolant for my wifes car. She went and they brought it in. She paid and left. I came home and looked at it. They never touched it. Both reservoirs still as low as when I first looked. They charged her and didnt do anything. No matter which mechanic you use, always immediately check the work before you pay. My wife didnt know any better its not her fault. I should have warned her beforehand. But folks like this are the reason I dont trust anyone. Would not recommend them to anyone.

    JAYDEN Priest: These guys are the best mechanics in Conroe. I had an injector problem that 3 different mechanics misdiagnosed. I took it to 105 east, and not only did they find the problem, they worked with me on my budget. (Injectors are very expensive) So they went to Houston personally and found me a good set of used injectors. (They are sill running good on my truck 3 years later) what a Blessing the 2 Brothers are to our community. Signed Mr. Ball

    Brittany Page: I came across Marks Auto Repair by happenstance. I took my car to a national conglomerate to see why my AC wasnt working. I was quoted nearly $1300 to replace a condensor and evacuate my A/C (whatever that means). Of course, that price meant we needed a second opinion. I called Mark on a wish and a prayer that he could potentially help me. He was able to see me the day I brought it in and diagnose and fix the problem within three hours. Turns out, I didnt need any new parts- I just needed freon in my car. What would have cost over one grand was only $112. Mark is honest. He is an expert. And he is someone who wants to help others in need of repairs. I cannot praise him and William enough for their work and I will be recommending him to everyone!! Thank you Mark & William for everything!
