    A M: I felt confident every issue would be dealt with. I also appreciated the shuttle- so much. The only thing that bothered me was the initial fee to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. I understand why you have it in place (so customers don’t find out the issue and then shop around for the best deal). If customers want you to repair the vehicle after the diagnosis it would be fantastic to waive the fee. I’d hand out your cards at dinner parties if you altered your policy on the diagnostic fee.

    Gavin Dunaway: Went here for the first time the other day based on the google reviews and I can confirm that this is a great place to get some repair work done! I was hearing some squeaking from a belt for the past week and of course when I pull in to get it checked out, it wasn’t squeaking anymore. John took the time out of his already very busy day to look it over for me and had my issue fixed within a few hours. They also did a free inspection on the rest of my car and gave me a detailed breakdown of some recommended repairs to other issues with my vehicle. I really liked how it was broken down by a sense of urgency so I know what I should prioritize. In the past with other shops, this type of inspection always seems to lead to some extremely overwhelming problem that needs to be addressed right then and there. Always pushing me to make a decision right in the moment. But John didn’t do that at all. He simply gave me the context for the repairs and told me if I wanted them to be fixed that he’d be more than happy to do so. He also provided quotes for those various repairs individually and the prices seemed reasonable to me. Finally, John had outstanding customer service skills. Always answered any pressing questions I had directly and to the point. I will certainly be back to get some of my other repairs taken care of in the near future!
