Veanessa Legions Mr. Frank is so awesome. He will help you with any questions you may have. He also will tell you the truth about your car. I had to leave my car for him to finish the work, and he took me home and asked his assistant to pick me up when it was finished. The young lady at the front desk is very polite.

Lashawna Provost I came to universal car service to replace my front hub assembly. The service here was absolutely amazing. The prices were reasonable and the mechanic was honest and very informative. Your car will definitely be in great hands at this car shop. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

Gene AMZN Assistant I like going to a mechanic shop where a woman is respected and not taking advantage of I was recommended to this mechanic shop through an auto parts store and I think it was a wonderfully recommended. Was like peace lives in the mechanic shop on like any other mechanic shop where everything is a wreck this mechanic shop almost looks like your mothers garage where everything is labeled and you can find anything. A lot for service reputation and everything that is needed to run the right woman friendly mechanic shop.

Destiny Castro Tommy & His son are great! Super happy with pricing & their work , Ive gotten my 2017 toyota yaris engine belt ,brake pads & brake rotors replaced & my brake fluid flushed ! Hands down the best! I am grateful for their honesty on pricing & time frame when my car will be ready highly recommend!!!

Not only that but he topped off my fluids and fixed a faulty front light that hadn’t been able to be fixed for almost two years. He went above and beyond, very experienced and reasonable pricing considering his extensive knowledge. Will be back !

When I dropped my vehicle off, I was impressed with how fast and knowledgeable the entire team was. I had a lot of work done on my car and was previously quoted nearly THREE TIMES the amount that Barsh Auto charged me. They are affordable and honest — two qualities that are so rare to find these days! To top it off, when I picked up my vehicle the very next day, the owner, Mr. Buster Barsh, was there personally greeting customers, checking in with everyone, and making sure all our needs were met. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in running a trustworthy business. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and want to extend a huge thank you to Paris, Mr. Barsh, and the entire Barsh Auto staff. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life!

N V I think these days online reviews have an impact, so Ill add our first experience with Barsch. Our truck went dead in a parking lot, middle of a hot afternoon. No way i could fix it there. Decided to try Barsch towing and repair shop. The driver showed up quickly and took the vehicle to the shop, with no drama, careful loading and unloading. The next morning I received the diag and estimate. I called to confirm info and accept - the work was done promptly and well. I do virtually all my own repairs so I was interested in their performance of the work. I check. I like that they use OEM for important parts vs the cheapest junk they can get. All clips and fasteners were re-installed and the new replacement part was easily visible. Nothing speaks to lazy, unprofessional techs like a partial reassembly, clips broken etc. I dont know how their costs compare around town, but Im equally interested in value and professional work. Im well satisfied with this facility and will be a return customer. I hope the owner will make their tech aware that his work was appreciated.

María at front desk is very nice and the mechanic as well , he will let you know and explain exactly what he did , they are definitely a business you can trust! I recommend this place to my brother , and he was also very satisfied with their service! And by being a girl I definitely didn’t have to worry about being taken advantage of, like in most auto repair shops!

Ten minutes and done. I will continue to take all of our family vehicles to Dwayne. Fast, friendly and extremely affordable not to mention kind.

Kevin Michon Great custom exhaust work, did 4 of my trucks and they sound awesome. Had transmission replaced and vehicle back in just a couple of days. Unlike some companies keeping your vehicle for week or two doing same job. Great customer service.

Jon Edens My Ford truck blew a spark plug right out of the engine. These guys were able to not only do the repair but the cost was actually a bit less than anticipated. Very good work and very fair dealings.

Ryan D Ive used Bob and his team several times over the past several years. They have been very fair and dont gouge prices. They have great service as well!

Luke Dover I called and set up an appointment for them to fill up engine and EV coolant for my wifes car. She went and they brought it in. She paid and left. I came home and looked at it. They never touched it. Both reservoirs still as low as when I first looked. They charged her and didnt do anything. No matter which mechanic you use, always immediately check the work before you pay. My wife didnt know any better its not her fault. I should have warned her beforehand. But folks like this are the reason I dont trust anyone. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Daniel Schmidt After a week of chasing my tail and replacing a bunch of parts that didn’t need replacing, I finally called Julian—and I wish I had done it $400 ago. He showed up, quickly diagnosed everything I’d messed up, and had my Chrysler running in no time. He didn’t waste a single second, clearly knew what he was doing, and got the job done right. Worth every penny. If you’re on the fence, don’t waste your time or money—just call Julian. Highly recommended!
