E Geo: This place was new to me. It was awesome. I was in the back within 5 to 10 min and seen within another 5 minutes. I was diagnosed quickly and med prescription sent to pharmacy right away. I highly recommend this place from the front office staff to the back staff providers. I was treated very well. Thank you for your service and prompt attention.
Dana Polen: I went to outpatient for a procedure on 3/3 and the staff was very kind and respectful. Mandy and Kallie were excellent! Being kind when you are a bundle of nerves means a lot!!
Sherry Hubbard: Kimble Hospital in Junction is a real blessing. I had an ER visit Saturday night at 8:30, and I was home by 9:45. No wait time to speak of. Receptionist very efficient and helpful . Dr on call and nurse both showed concern and confidence in their diagnosis. Had to have a lab done; results back quickly so definitive diagnosis was made. Shot administered and didn’t hurt until the medicine started! Only downside if that the prescription could not be filled locally over the weekend requiring a trip to Kerrville Sunday. I am so happy we have a 24/7 ER available to us!
Brandi Rowe: only place i will ever go to for imaging, and i’ve had a lot. I recommend to everyone I know! scheduling was a breeze, wait time was less than 7 minutes, dealing with billing to get a refund ( had me a check in the mail the next day)! i give Gateway a 10 plus on everything!
Marisol Guzman: I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr.P. Despite numerous visits, frequently felt dismissed about my health issues and ignored. Mind you I have a tumor and I’m only 23. She was very unhelpful, and communication was poor— . Overall, the lack of professionalism and empathy made it clear that patient care was not a priority. I would not recommend her not to anyone seeking competent and compassionate medical attention.
Brenda Allen: Care hasnt changed in 24 years. HENDRICKS is NOT the place to get quality cardiac care. I moved back to Texas 24 years ago. My Ejection fraction was 12%. I was told there was nothing wrong with me. I saw 6 different cardiologists. ALL failed to take into account I was already on Coreg, digitalis etc. I went into organ failure (diagnosed by Palo Pinto General Hospital). I was careflighted to UTSW where my meds were tweaked and in 6 months my EF was 58%. I live a quality life thanks to finding a cardiologist that understands how medication can help the heart.
The TEE & watchman are the procedures of the year. I see way too many angioedema patients not getting proper care.
