Dudley Greg “Studley”: I am very impressed with the care, concern, and treatment I received from the entire staff. Nurse practitioner Kelly Fussell is one of the best medical professionals I have encountered in my extensive medical experiences. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, understanding, and, most importantly, caring and concerned. I left there confident that the treatment regimen would help my recovery. I will only go here for future minor medical problems. Thank you!
Alexandria Castanon: Absolute dumbest receptionist, I went in at 640 to make sure I was at the right location and told me yes had me wait till 720 to finally bring me up to tell me I’m at the wrong location. Absolute worst customer service I think it’s time for her to retire. Gesh.
F JEFFRIES, JR: Horrible they force doctors to work for them, then treat patients only for money, they dont care and the doctors dont care any more because they are just employees of a money grubbing business that does not care about patients....HORRIBLE!
Clara Ngowo: I recently visited thrive care clinic and was thoroughly impressed. The staffs are friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. The facility is clean and well-organized, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality medical care in a welcoming environment.
Jennifer P.: Dr. Bello lacks professional communication. I saw him for grief management and he no showed an appointment with me and then tried to gaslight me by saying I never confirmed my appointment. I showed him my phone records that I did indeed call him back to confirm via voicemail and he said he heard it later and his previous appointment ran over into my time anyway.
He also didn’t respond to an email where I was requesting help with an issue and constantly didn’t send in my refills for medicine. I always had to follow up and miss a dose due his lack of care and not doing his job correctly.
I finally cancelled my last appointment with him and told him I no longer wanted to see him as I was switching providers and he still tried to call to confirm it via phone after emailing me saying he would cancel it. Then he tried to charge me a $75 no show fee.
I’m disappointed as he came highly recommended by several people, but he didn’t help me at all and just made things more stressful.
