I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your office, specifically regarding an attempt to schedule an appointment. On 09/06/2024, I contacted your office at the North location again (2nd time) to schedule an appointment with a specialist. During this call, the receptionist hung up on me prior to clarifying the necessary next steps to schedule an appointment, which I found to be both unprofessional and frustrating.
For the past three weeks, I have been attempting to schedule an appointment but have been continuously told that I need a referral. However, I have a PPO insurance plan, which does not require a referral to see a specialist. Despite my repeated attempts to clarify this, I am still being told that I cannot schedule an appointment, and the miscommunication between your office and my insurance provider continues to block my access to necessary care. Reading through past reviews, this seems to be a theme other clients are struggling with as well.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received, particularly the lack of resolution and the abrupt manner in which the receptionist handled my recent call. I request that this matter be addressed immediately and that I be given the opportunity to schedule an appointment without any further delays or miscommunication.
