5 /5 LindaKay Garza: To God be all glory ! I have to say that Dr Goodale discovered what was wrong with me after seeing different endocrinologist for 35 years. He changes my medications and I haven’t had a auger spike with my new medications. With the complications of diabetes, I had a fatty liver and the Dr at that time didn’t address it. Months later I ended up on my deathbed for 47 minutes as I was pronounced dead to my son because of complications of a day surgery. Unstable blood sugar causes so many other problems as well. As of now I saw Dr Goodale , he changed my meds and I haven’t had a sugar spike with my new medications. He is literally a God sent man of God.

5 /5 Cheryl McCraw: Dr. Goodale is one of the best doctors I have seen ever. He listens to your concerns and develops a treatment plan around it. He makes you feel at ease and never rushed.

1 /5 Tiffany Jones: I cant believe I am having to do a bad review on a doctor. I dont do this....... Dr. Goodale refused to see my husband for his appt because he had not had any labs prior to his visit. Labs were drawn after we made a fuss and he was rescheduled and sent ont hus way. Elevated labs received 2 weeks ago and clinic has not addressed labs. Front office staff doesnt care about pts and Im guessing Dr. Goodale doesnt either. I ended up taking my husband to ER for elevated glucose level. What a shame. Highly disappointed in this doctor/clinic staff.

I had an appointment on Thursday Dec 14 with Dr. Goodale ,(waited 7 months to get the appointment) & today morning got a message that the doctor canceled my appointment & I have to wait another 10 months (September 2024) to get another appointment. He is a doctor who doesnt care others time & money, ridiculous

5 /5 James Northcutt: Dr Goodale, nurses and staff have been great. He has changed up my meds which have helped me. My A1C is lower now after the changes, even though I went to him for my thyroid problems. He has taken good care of me.

I went to his office for follow up care and I was amazed of all the Surgeon of the year awards on the wall. I met a patient in there that Dr Tripathy did a 6th bypass surgery on him and he looked healthy as a horse. I realize how blessed I was to have him as my surgeon. He’s not only is a great Dr he’s also an awesome person. His office staff is awesome too. The receptionist is great and always smiling and glad to see their patients. His Nurse Practitioner Irene is the best, she’s very patient and takes time to answers all my questions. ( and believe me I ask lots of questions). I don’t normally care to go to any Dr office, however, I enjoy going to this office because I know they really care about their patients. More importantly, I know not gonna be rushed so they can get to the next patient. What an awesome team!

Other than that, Dr Lin was not empathetic at all. I expected much more person centered treatment and understanding than what I received. I informed Griselda that she was the only staff member who appeared to care about me as a patient. I will not be returning. I need a Dr that will listen and who attempts to treat me as a person.
