Susans Nail Salon - Georgetown Amanda Rattray: Had 2 scheduled pedicures at 3. The other person who I was with was started on first. After waiting over a half an hour, the person who I was with was already getting their toes painted while my feet were raisins in now cold water with no update on how much longer it would be, RUDE. I walked out not receiving a pedicure today because they didnt budget their time accordingly and lost 2 customers for life. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment with someone you drove with, and only 1 gets service? The OWNER didnt even APOLOGIZE, but the other lady said, "Sorry." Not acceptable customer service and a waste of my time. Thanks for the free glass of nasty wine and free back rub from a chair, though!
