4 /5 MC S: Great birthday celebration in Spa Kalahari. Very professional and friendly people. Great selection of tea with the proper kettle temperature in the relaxation lounge area. I purchased the day spa access since there was no more spot for me. Discounted if after 3pm. It was on a Sunday when we came. I like the showers, quiet Lounge and the hot tub/dry and steam sauna area---you can order drinks in this area. Convenient to have all your orders get paid when you check out. There was a pool outside but I didnt try it out. Lovely time with the ladies. The area is coed but we have separate shower/bath rooms. Parking gets validated as part of the group perks. Recommended

2 /5 megcho6: I was very disappointed in my experience with my 6 year old daughter. When I called to book our sessions, I added halotherapy since that was the only other thing I could do with my daughter. I also knew that I could only have spa access with a $75 purchase so I added it so that I could change out with my Mother and sister to get the full experience. When I checked in, they sent us to the relaxation room and never gave me a locker. I went back to the front desk to find out what was going on and they sent me back inside saying that they would investigate. They then told me that the person who took my reservation over the phone never added it. They didnt have it available for right after my service but they told me that it would be complimentary if I came back. I then asked about getting a locker and they said they would check but I never heard back before my daughter and I were taken back for her togetherness package and my pedicure. I asked our nail technicians about it and one of them checked and got me a key to the locker. They were really nice and did a wonderful job for my daughter and I. I went to the locker to find out it didnt come with a robe or spa slippers. I was very frustrated. After everything I went to the front desk to apologize if I seemed upset and explained that I was expecting to switch out with my sister and mother so I could get the full spa experience. She apologized and said that doing the halotherapy add on did not count for the minimum of $75 and that I should have been told when I made my reservation. I wasnt told and I was just so frustrated with how my experience was so I just left. I would never come back in future Kalahari visits since I feel like they didnt really care and we were more of an afterthought since we already made our appointment. I did tip our nail technicians well since it wasnt their fault that I received poor services from the front desk and they did an excellent job.

5 /5 Heather Estrada: I had the sweet escape package. Quick tip, the spa doesnt open until 9am and the elevator doesnt open until 8:50am, so no need to get there the 20 minutes early for first appointments. Joy (masseuse) was amazing, the massage was incredible - best I have ever received. The salt treatment was devine. I had a great time in the relaxation and hydro rooms.

4 /5 L M: My masseuse, Tania, was terrific. She listened, she cared, and helped tremendously. Enjoyed the food and drink service. The spa experience is nice at Kalahari. the amenities. Available for use all day are good and clean. I hope they realize the risk they have with the slippery showers inside the women’s restrooms and post signage or place hygienic mats to avoid slips. I almost landed in splits and hit my head also had to deal with water changing from boiling to freezing every few seconds while showering. Would be good to have an herbal tea ready to pour like the fruit infused water. Staff is good. Thanks.
