Regal Nails, Salon & Spa - Killeen Heden Uresti: I wouldn’t recommend going here under any circumstances :-( I paid $30 + tip for a manicure and I wasn’t even informed that it wouldn’t come with polish or offered polish. My nails were left extremely thin, brittle, sore and I was also cut in a few places . I didn’t stop bleeding until the next day.
