    Amanda Rattray: Had 2 scheduled pedicures at 3. The other person who I was with was started on first. After waiting over a half an hour, the person who I was with was already getting their toes painted while my feet were raisins in now cold water with no update on how much longer it would be, RUDE. I walked out not receiving a pedicure today because they didnt budget their time accordingly and lost 2 customers for life. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment with someone you drove with, and only 1 gets service? The OWNER didnt even APOLOGIZE, but the other lady said, "Sorry." Not acceptable customer service and a waste of my time. Thanks for the free glass of nasty wine and free back rub from a chair, though!

    MC S: Great birthday celebration in Spa Kalahari. Very professional and friendly people. Great selection of tea with the proper kettle temperature in the relaxation lounge area. I purchased the day spa access since there was no more spot for me. Discounted if after 3pm. It was on a Sunday when we came. I like the showers, quiet Lounge and the hot tub/dry and steam sauna area---you can order drinks in this area. Convenient to have all your orders get paid when you check out. There was a pool outside but I didnt try it out. Lovely time with the ladies. The area is coed but we have separate shower/bath rooms. Parking gets validated as part of the group perks. Recommended

    Peyton Whitley: Trish did such an incredible job on my manicure and was truly so personable and great to talk with. Tina as well was just amazing and I couldn’t have been more relaxed with the massage and manicure received. The place is beautiful, with all staff just so friendly; They even supply complimentary drinks and drinks of the month. Very accommodating! Will definitely be back.

They came out perfect! And also the owner (and the one who did my nails) was very friendly and would actually talk to you, which was a nice change. Definitely recommend!
