2 /5 Martha Myers: To be honest, I was disappointed. My friend had told Tidwell we wanted the full diagnostic test, but that we were especially interested in why my check-engine was on. Instead, only the CE light was looked into & we did not get a full report. I feel like I was gypped. There were other things I wanted to know about. And I was still charged the $50, but did not get my money’s worth & still don’t know about the other issues. Plus, there was a sign stating a discount for cash, which I had, but I had to ask for the discount. She said, “Well it would only be a couple of dollars”, then proceeded to go in & out doors, before she came back in & finally gave me my money. Maybe she didn’t want me to ask for the discount? I’m not sure what she was doing. She also told me on the phone my oil needed changing, that I had none, but didn’t tell me I had a leak. I discovered this when I read their report. I had almost let them change the oil, but decided not to. I think Tidwell has a good reputation, but I wasn’t very impressed that day.
