I have done business with Meineke for over 20 years.
My most recent experience pre-2023 has been poor.
2 out of the 6 issues were caused by incomplete services.
However, under new ownership with Dan and service specialist Mike, I have a lot more confidence that they will do right.
I hope to continue using this location.
Joshua Greves: This new location is up and coming and let me tell y’all… after today they made it so much better helping my family get back on the road and move on to our family adventure. Johnathon was very helpful and informative and very professional and caring about my family. As a disabled vet on a family adventure all the staff was very kind and helpful to get us back moving again. What should’ve been about a 3 hour drive turned into a 6 hour stress fest with two tires leaving the chat and two other tires packing their bag to follow suit. A huge Thank you and shout out to the staff at the Johnson City Youngblood crew. If I could give more stars I would.
