Never try to up-sell or over charge. He is one of the nicest, most honest men I have ever met. And if you get a chance to see Brandy his wife who works in the office, she will brighten your day because she really cares, not just about the repair but you as a customer.

5 /5 vee madla: This place has been a blessing to me and others, I was originally recommended this place from Blue Ribbon Collision center, in their words they "do an honest job". I am so thankful that I was lead here. I originally went to Pep Boys after my little curb accident, they could not really help me due to the problems being more internal then they were expecting. However when I dropped off my car here, I got an estimate within the same day, of course I caught them on a slow day, but nevertheless they were very quick and detailed with me about my car. I will 100% recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Jeanette Hill: was having an issue with my car misfiring, which is usually because of the coils and spark plugs but when i went to go change i saw there was oil where the coils go. took it to this shop and they said they couldn’t see the leak which was insane because it was everywhere when i got it back you could literally see the oil and where it was leaking from but they kept saying they didn’t see it. dropped my car off 6/9 didn’t get it back till 6/25 with absolutely nothing done to it because all they wanted to do was change the coils but that wouldn’t have fixed what was making the fail. ended up fixing it all myself for what just the inspection costed ($200) all in one day. in the almost 3 weeks they had my car they only called me once besides the initial quote i had to keep calling them for updates, the first time the lady said she would call me back to update me and never did. horrible experience i wouldn’t recommend.

Sparky Lyle: Do NOT take your vehicle to these guys! Terrible communication on the status of your vehicle. I drop a vehicle off for a simple 30 minute procedure (per the owner.) They kept the vehicle for 24 hours. They also promised me that they would "bring the car to me." And once the vehicle was finished, they refused.

Johnathon was very helpful and informative and very professional and caring about my family. As a disabled vet on a family adventure all the staff was very kind and helpful to get us back moving again. What should’ve been about a 3 hour drive turned into a 6 hour stress fest with two tires leaving the chat and two other tires packing their bag to follow suit. A huge Thank you and shout out to the staff at the Johnson City Youngblood crew. If I could give more stars I would.
