Kin Management: I was tremendously Overcharged for mechanic work not done on my car. They provided no clear communication of next steps to take and about the price of the labor and the pricing of car parts I would need to complete the auto work. I feel like I got bamboozled and screwed out of my money. I totally Wasted money and my car is still NOT fixed. I couldve just taken my car to the Ford Dealership to be serviced. Jeanette Hill: was having an issue with my car misfiring, which is usually because of the coils and spark plugs but when i went to go change i saw there was oil where the coils go. took it to this shop and they said they couldn’t see the leak which was insane because it was everywhere when i got it back you could literally see the oil and where it was leaking from but they kept saying they didn’t see it. dropped my car off 6/9 didn’t get it back till 6/25 with absolutely nothing done to it because all they wanted to do was change the coils but that wouldn’t have fixed what was making the fail. ended up fixing it all myself for what just the inspection costed ($200) all in one day. in the almost 3 weeks they had my car they only called me once besides the initial quote i had to keep calling them for updates, the first time the lady said she would call me back to update me and never did. horrible experience i wouldn’t recommend.

Sparky Lyle: Do NOT take your vehicle to these guys! Terrible communication on the status of your vehicle. I drop a vehicle off for a simple 30 minute procedure (per the owner.) They kept the vehicle for 24 hours. They also promised me that they would "bring the car to me." And once the vehicle was finished, they refused.

Johnathon was very helpful and informative and very professional and caring about my family. As a disabled vet on a family adventure all the staff was very kind and helpful to get us back moving again. What should’ve been about a 3 hour drive turned into a 6 hour stress fest with two tires leaving the chat and two other tires packing their bag to follow suit. A huge Thank you and shout out to the staff at the Johnson City Youngblood crew. If I could give more stars I would.

All mechanic shops were closed, but I got a business card for Your Place Mobile Mechanic. I called on the way home. Blake made an appointment with me for Monday morning the actual holiday.
