I called Nexar and spoke to Will with all my questions. They were about an hour and a half away from closing. He told me to come on in and he would take care of it. He is very detailed in explaining the problem and also provided future advice. As far as pricing, he was very honest and fair with his price. You can either buy your own parts or he can buy them. He purchased them for me and he gave me the receipt. I paid for parts and labor. I will definitely be calling him again.

Coretta Talbert: I had been going to Noah Auto Care for a couple of years for minor repairs and initially trusted the shop based on a recommendation. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. I brought my car in for a low gurgling noise that only occurred after 30 minutes of driving with the AC on. Instead of taking the time to hear the noise with me, the owner quickly diagnosed the issue as a failing fan and charged me $800 to replace it. The noise persisted, and only after I returned did he finally ride with me and acknowledge that the compressor was the issue — not the fan. He refused to take accountability for the misdiagnosis or offer any kind of refund or credit toward the actual repair. He insisted the fan “needed” to be replaced, even though it was making a normal spinning noise. I later had the issue confirmed by a dealership — it was indeed the compressor all along. To make matters worse, when I filed a dispute with my credit card company, instead of contacting me directly, the owner called my sister (who had recommended him) to ask her to talk to me about dropping the dispute. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. This situation showed me that this business is not as honest or trustworthy as I once believed. Be cautious — especially if you’re not well-versed in car repairs.
