1 /5 Coretta Talbert: I had been going to Noah Auto Care for a couple of years for minor repairs and initially trusted the shop based on a recommendation. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. I brought my car in for a low gurgling noise that only occurred after 30 minutes of driving with the AC on. Instead of taking the time to hear the noise with me, the owner quickly diagnosed the issue as a failing fan and charged me $800 to replace it. The noise persisted, and only after I returned did he finally ride with me and acknowledge that the compressor was the issue — not the fan. He refused to take accountability for the misdiagnosis or offer any kind of refund or credit toward the actual repair. He insisted the fan “needed” to be replaced, even though it was making a normal spinning noise. I later had the issue confirmed by a dealership — it was indeed the compressor all along. To make matters worse, when I filed a dispute with my credit card company, instead of contacting me directly, the owner called my sister (who had recommended him) to ask her to talk to me about dropping the dispute. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. This situation showed me that this business is not as honest or trustworthy as I once believed. Be cautious — especially if you’re not well-versed in car repairs.

1 /5 Jiaxiang Zhang: If there is 0 star, I would go for that. I had a really bad experience here for front bumper and front light exchange. It’s a nightmare. The story is, I came by and asked the price for front light and bumper exchange on Saturday. They checked and asked for $400. I made it to $350 and they said yes. Then when they saw the bumper they said it got to be $500 because it was metal. I talked a lot about it and said we already made the deal at $350 and it’s not fair to change the price. If they couldn’t do it, I would go somewhere else. Finally we made a deal about $350 again. Today I just came in and paid $350 to get my car. Upon checking, I realized they didn’t change the front light bulbs for me WITHOUT ANY NOTICING when I checkout! I came back again and asked why they didn’t do that. “These front light bulbs have extra wire, we don’t mess up with this.” Come on man the bulbs only have two wires. And you are a body shop!!!! So the deal they proposed was they return $50 back. Lmao. Of course you can do whatever you want. If you told me I got to pay $300 for the front bumper exchange I would drive away immediately in the beginning. Obviously they just refunded whatever they wanted. This is such a bad and shitty experience to have. DO NOT go there if you want to replace ANY part of your car. Otherwise just wait and see.

5 /5 Tyran Freeman: This shop has always been my favorite. They have very fair prices while still providing excellent service. They are way better than the dealership. I always leave from there feeling relieved.

1 /5 Sara Jade: “Care” shouldn’t be in this business’ name. The front desk lady, Liz, refused to allow me to speak with a manager and actively ignored my concerns when handed the Customer Acknowledgements Form to sign. Number one on the Form stated “I hereby grant Noah Auto Care and it’s employees’ permission to operate and repair the vehicle described herein on public streets, highways, or other locations for the purpose of testing, inspection, or repair. I agree to remove all personal belongings Noah Auto Care will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle or any items left within it in the event of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.” When I read this I simply asked Liz “Does #1 mean that you guys could take my car out on the street, wreck it and not be liable?” To which Liz didn’t respond, she continued to hold the phone against her ear, look at me and then go back to her call. So I stood there at the Receptionist window and patiently waited for a response. About 2 mins goes by and I ask again “Can you tell me what this is supposed to mean?” And Liz’s response was “let me see that clipboard” then she said how I could go ahead down the street to the other inspection auto shop. There were two other lady’s in the waiting area and so I asked them if they were aware that the techs could wreck or damage their vehicle and wouldn’t be held liable because they signed that paper. Make sure you read what they have you sign cuz I wanted to take my car in to get a $20 emissions inspection and instead of answering my question as to whether or not they would be taking my car out on the street for the inspection, Liz was rude, ignorant and essentially asked me to leave because she thought I had an attitude. After she told me to leave because of my attitude I disclosed to her that she would be getting a poor review and that her behavior was shameful. Take your car somewhere else. Liz shouldn’t be interacting with customers.

1 /5 Mehdi Taghavi: I would give zero star if possible! I visited this autucare over three years ago when my cars alternator failed, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. When I dropped off the car, I was told they would contact me before performing any work, provide an estimate, and then proceed with the repair only after my approval. However, the next day, they called to say the alternator had already been replaced and that my car was ready for pickup—without ever consulting me beforehand. When I arrived, they also claimed the car’s battery was faulty and needed immediate replacement. Interestingly, I later discovered that they hadn’t actually replaced the alternator but had merely repaired the old one. As for the battery, it’s still the same one—over three years later—and has never given me any trouble!!!
