I will continue to use Little shop of motors LLC. Ed is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He is the best and Honesty is in his DNA! Every single service that he has performed to my cars, I have been completely satisfied. So, if you are looking for a great mechanic give him a try. He will not disappoint you.

No extra pushes like I have gotten at dealerships. If you are looking for a mechanic who is knowledgeable, experienced and fair priced then this is your place.

1 /5 hua zhang: Extremely Disappointing – Hidden Fees, Misdiagnosis, and Worse Engine Damage I had a terrible experience at Little Motor Shop. Without my consent, they charged me an expensive diagnostic fee. Their policy forces you to pay a high inspection cost even if you choose not to do the repair. For a 2014 car with only a leaking hose, they gave me a shocking estimate of over $10,000, claiming the head gasket needed replacement. I ended up paying several thousand dollars just to fix the hose separately, but the issue was never resolved. After their work, my car was in worse condition than before: – Check engine light came on – Blue smoke from the exhaust – Engine shaking – Overheating – Airbag warning light turned on (these was never an issue before) I had no choice but to sell the car at a huge loss and walk away. This shop caused me financial and emotional stress, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Unprofessional and misleading.

5 /5 Applied Logic: Always received excellent service from Ed and the guys at Little Shop Of Motors. Ed is incredibly knowledgeable about BMWs, Mercedes and other high end vehicles so its refreshing to call him to describe a problem and he usually nails the issue correctly based on his vast knowledge of cars. Lastly, I prefer to patronize a business with friendly people and he has a great personality.
