1 /5 hua zhang: Extremely Disappointing – Hidden Fees, Misdiagnosis, and Worse Engine Damage
I had a terrible experience at Little Motor Shop. Without my consent, they charged me an expensive diagnostic fee. Their policy forces you to pay a high inspection cost even if you choose not to do the repair.
For a 2014 car with only a leaking hose, they gave me a shocking estimate of over $10,000, claiming the head gasket needed replacement. I ended up paying several thousand dollars just to fix the hose separately, but the issue was never resolved.
After their work, my car was in worse condition than before:
– Check engine light came on
– Blue smoke from the exhaust
– Engine shaking
– Overheating
– Airbag warning light turned on (these was never an issue before)
I had no choice but to sell the car at a huge loss and walk away. This shop caused me financial and emotional stress, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Unprofessional and misleading.
